Why are these adult only?

As a matter of principle, we cannot recommend their use in children due to the lack of sufficient safety data. Does this contain Stevia or any other natural or artificial sweetner?

I dislike stevia SO MUCH. This does not contain any sweetener to my knowledge, but I could be wrong. It's not sweet at all.

Does this contain valerian ?

We make two versions of Nighty Night tea: Nighty Night® original, which does not contain valerian, and Nighty Night® Valerian (which will say "Valerian" on the front of the carton). How to return a return? i was sent nighty night extra, instead of nighty night. this was done twice.

I think you will find you love mighty night extra as well maybe give a chance but I would just reach out to the seller for the label To return. I drink the mighty night extra every night and it’s my favorite!
