I currently have 3 Wyze Cams, and have pre ordered the new outdoor Wyze Cam. Low price, good quality. I went ahead and CamPlus person detect, which is not free. The app, and basic functions are free. It really does detect people on the video, and it’s easy to review footage, as well as same clips from the app to my phone. I added a micro SD card to store more video. The Wyze Cams also back up to the cloud, in case the camera is ever stolen. You can set up these cameras in less than 15 minutes, but must have a strong WiFi connection to use them. I give them 3 out of 5 stars. Only because they say it’s free, then you find out several options will cost you a subscription after the 14 day trial period.

Mounted well to the outside of my house, bought the camera because my Trump yard sign disappeared. Sign still in my yard, the camera is working good.

The outdoor mount did not fit the newer Wyze Outdoor camera configuration which the item description seemed to indicate that it did. The outdoor mounting bracket however did fit my indoor Wyze cam which is not rated for outdoor use. I would like to see a similar product designed for the new outdoor camera which offers a greater range of motion and coverage.

We ended up returning these cameras. First off it’s really hard to get in touch with customer support. I personally need to talk to someone. I feel like I don’t always get my point a cross or explain the issue well enough thru email. I couldn’t get support on the phone. It wasn’t offered.Our camera worked for 2 hours then just stopped. We used them inside our home and very close to the router.I guess it was easy to install but complicated to keep running. And I’ll say it again customer service stinks.

I installed these bad boys yesterday and it stormed all night (I didn't even know it was going to) Cameras were untouched, not even water on the lens, but it was bad enough that the window i left open upstairs got the carpet wet!I wanna see how they work out on the upcoming winter.

The case keeps water from soaking the camera while still allowing you to take the cover off and on easily. Simple to put and off. This is designed for the indoor Wyze camera so you can use it outdoors. It is not designed for the outdoor camera which is already weatherproof. It will not work with chain power cabling which some user do to chain camera together on one power line.

I have 12 wyze cameras 2 where missing mounting hardware and had them in their metal disks and they been working perfectly, got this things and day time shows fine but once gets dark the image looks super foggy, if I turn on the light the picture goes bac5to normal, light off super foggy that you can barelisee anything, I remove the cameras from the mounting enclosure and back to the metal disks and it's all good, this things suck DO NOT BUY.

Love that you can adjust to see everywhere, Love these Wyze cameras, bought the indoor one had to try it out, because it was so cheap, wondering how a small camera could give great video and it didn't disappoint! Easy from setting up hooking it up to Alexa show and minoring your home, then bought the outdoor one and was completely blown away, going to buy another for side of house, I am so please with product and price

I was mislead by the description.iI bought 2 sets of these Mounting kit for my wyze outdoor camera. The package came fast. But when I I tried to install them to the camera they won't fit.I thought I could use it even the mount without the case but the mount itself was not durable enough to hold the camera's weight. When drilled into the whole using the screws provided it cracked the wholes. So long story short bad luck for me.I'm returning these and I hope they'll improve the quality.

Great mount, love the design (better rain resistance than the clamshell styles), but doesn't fit the USB daisy-chain pass-through. So heads up if you need that. (would love to see a redesign)Disappointing as it has a large cut-out, just 1/2 inch too low. I will use these for my other cameras, but now have to sort out something else for my camera that is using the daisy-chain.

removable. once set up 1st time you can remove & reinstall by just plugging in. Great for use when going away on vacation or for a few days, then remove or unplug for privacy, plug in again and self sets-up. So Cheap, clear and covers a wide range, can hear or you can talk through it.

I like the way they work, just drop the camara in. but like the other reviews say, the lights are refected and you lose 50% of the picture. If night vidion id not inportant, then these are great!

This does not actually fit the outdoor cams. It only fits the indoor one. Confusing/misleading labelling.
