Works very well and works with iPhone and Alexa
Works great. Had a big brand one a few years ago and while I cannot compare one of them new to this, I can say that this is far superior to the old one I had. It loves to eat your fringes on rugs and charger cords, so you kind of have to “baby proof” your area first. It cleans really well. Charge goes almost 2 hours. It finds its way back. I haven’t used the mop feature as in recommends only water and it doesn’t suck any of it up. Like a swifter that only uses water. It can be controlled on your iPhone with an app. Alexa does fine with basic commands. A little patience setting it up with Alexa will reap rewards. We renamed the vacuum from its official and confusing name to “Rosie” the robot maid from the Jetsons. Now we say “Alexa, tell Rosie to start” and she does. Definitely well worth the money. Holds a good amount of dirt. Cant compare it to the big brands or even the premium of this brand - all I know is that it works and we don’t have to vacuum anymore!

I love my little minion
Vacuuming and cleaning floors are my least favorite thing, so of course, I adopted a dog that sheds white hair EVERYWHERE. I bought Stuart, my minion, and he takes care of all the downstairs for me now... even under my couch and under the kitchen island. I run him every couple of days and my floors are so clean they're slippery. He had some trouble finding his charging dock to first two times I ran him, but now that he knows his way around, no problem. I have a small house and he can clean the whole downstairs (about 400 sq ft) on 40% of his charge. Works great on laminate, tile, and low pile rugs. Probably wouldn't work for shag. Great product and value, super happy. (And Stuart, you're my new favorite)

Problem with adjusting from floor to rug.
Well, it’s been 5 days now and I must say. I’m really impressed by this robot 360. I’m a tidy house cleaner and I feel it’s doing it’s job. I might use the manual vaccume once every 3 weeks. There is only one problem it has. My rugs are 1/4 in higher and it can’t seem to roll one to it. But I’ll figure it out still happy with my purchase.

App won't sync to 360 vac and Lack of customer service.
To start with I've owned 3 different Roombas in the past and all of them had very small waste bins and their battery life was very poor. The 360 has a nice large waste bin and performs well with the remote. My big problem is that it won't sync to the app on my phone. I went to their website to find a fix and to look for extra mopping pads, rehab kit (to replace brush roll and filters) and replacement battery. I've found in the past that it's best to get those items up front before a company discontinues an item and then they no longer carry what you need. Well guess what folks, there wasn't anything listed for the C50 model, though they had such items for other models., My next step was to try to contact their customer support by the email listed on their website. I've sent my email to them 2X's now in 2 weeks and sill no response from them not even an automated one.. This tells me I won't be able to use all the great features they advertised, which is one of the reasons I purchased this item. BE AWARE THAT THIS WILL ONLY SYNC TO YOUR PHONE IF YOUR PHONE USES 2.4G NOT 5G. I'm still looking for a workaround but not holding my breath. Obviously their customer service is non existent!!! Now to review the mopping attachment. It works fine for small area touch ups but don't plan on using it for your main deep cleaning as it puts out most of the water in the first couple of swipes and after that it doesn't have enough moisture to clean thoroughly. My 3 stars is mostly based on their lack of customer service!

1st unit failed within 6 months. Long RMA process. They just returned the same broken device.
**SUMMARY: Buyer beware. Terrible customer service, unit will not last long and they will not honor their warranty. Not only that, they will be deceptive and lie about your warranty claim.** Unit worked fine for 6 months and then would not connect to wifi or the app. Then the top light started blinking 100% of the time while powered (charging, running, etc.) The unit stopped making any noises, and I could not connect to my phone or the app even after doing a full reset and power cycle. Soon after it started to make terrible grinding noises while operating. I submitted a RMA request and it took a couple of weeks for them to reply. When I explained what was happening, they gave me the usual boilerplate response (try cleaning the brush, empty the dust bin, etc.) After 3 or 4 email exchanges it was finally conveyed that the machine was making loud grinding noises and not working. They requested multiple videos of the device, starting/stopping, and charging. After providing all of this information they finally approved the RMA. I send the device back as instructed and waited several weeks. After 3ish weeks I asked about the status of the RMA. It took several days for a reply and they just said its on the way. After another 2 weeks I sent another inquiry and they responded with the same thing more or less. I got the device back maybe 6 weeks after I sent it in. Excited to have a new working device I opened the package and discovered *IT WAS THE SAME DEVICE I SENT THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE!* There was already a small scuff on the bottom of the main unit, and I left a small dot on the inside of the frame with a Sharpie before I sent it in. "Ok.. that's fine, I guess they fixed it." Put it on the charger and it immediately started doing the blue blinking light again. Tried to connect and it did the same thing. Pressed the button to start it and guess what? Yup, still broken. At this point it had been 7ish weeks. I sent them another messaging asking if they fixed the unit or replaced it. They said they replaced it. I told them I think there was a mistake cause this unit looks like the same one I sent in. They asked why I waited so long to tell them to which I explained I didn't even get the package until several days ago. They respond with something like "funny you waited so long to tell us its broken.. sure.." At that point I was done. I would suggest you look for a different brand because this one will basically end up a paper weight.

Great features & performance for the price
I compared with other "basic" robot vacuums and very happy with my purchase after 1 week. The selling point was the gyroscopic navigation that allows vacuum to use a zig zag pattern when cleaning - it goes back and forth like mowing the lawn. Other brands in the price range use a random pattern - go straight, hit something, turn randomly and go straight again until hitting something else. I did have an issue with mobile app - the scheduled start time would change periodically, increasing by 11 hours. I emailed customer support and they provided updated firmware within 2 days that seems to have fixed the issue. We have 2 yellow labs that we keep confined to kitchen and family room with baby gates most of the day. The robot is schedule to sweep at 4:30AM every morning in those 2 rooms only and the floors are cleanest they have been in years. It runs for around 90 minutes using standard mode before finding its way back to the charger. It will completely sweep both rooms twice in a single charge. The dust bin is full and needs to be emptied daily but is much easier than trying to keep up with vacuuming and sweeping (which we never did).

Efficient, gets everything, plenty of battery charge
I have an 800 sq ft apt so this model has plenty of charge to finish vacuuming all the areas and the suction power to pick up everything. It doesn’t miss anything. I make sure the floor is unobstructed so it works most efficiently. I can use it 2or 3 times before I empty it, if don’t have tissue or papers on the floor. I haven’t used the app or remote yet. It’s so easy to simply push the on button and off it goes, no worries. I’m very happy with my purchase! Great to have clean floors all the time. I recommend it.

Cleans well but really bad at edges
So I have been using this product for 3 months and here is my experience so far. Cleaning: The robot covers all the part of the house and cleans it in nicely fashion. It avoids all the obstacles. I was not expecting it but it did really good job in going around and inside my dining table and chairs. It makes 2-3 rounds of cleaning. However, it also creates a lot of mess. There are two brushes at the front that are supposed to bring the dust inside the vacuum, however it also throw away things here and there. Mostly at the edges. Robot is not very good at the edges. Mostly all the dust is gather at the edges. Mopping: Compare to cleaning, mopping is just average. When I refill the water tank, in just one or two pass all the water drain out from the mop. Also, it says mopping mode, but it rolls over my carpet and makes it wet. So supervision is require. Overall, good for basic cleaning but you need to do manual cleaning once in while for edge clean.
