Overall I’d say good quality especially for the price. The cover is soft and the lid for the water bottle creates a good seal. My only complaint is that the seam on the opening of the cover was coming out before I opened the package. It does not effect the function of the water bottle or the cover. I will probably just sew in a new elastic band but you could also use it as is. The the cover has to be over the bottle before filling. Also you should brush the extra fur off or use a lint roller before using the cover as it does shed quite a bit.

This product seemed so promising but upon opening it, I was outraged to find that its fur cover was crawling with flea-like bugs; so, I immediately destroyed the product rather than returning it. VERY disappointed!

Why 3 stars? The first time I used this hot water bottle it leaked. It was a very slow leak, but it was enough to get the foot of my bed wet. When I checked to see what was causing the leak, I saw that the threads in the neck of the bottle were not smooth and free of burrs. After cleaning them up with my dremel, the leak stopped and the hot water bottle now works as expected.

The cover does not come off (for me). I cannot see how you would replace the filled up bottle into the cover if you did remove it before filling. That said, keeps hot all night. I love it.

This hot water bottle does not get hot. Despite putting very hot water in multiple times. I don't understand, as I have had other water bottles and the water temp at my house is hot enough. I really like the fuzzy outside but this is not hot enough for any pain relief at all. Sending it back. It barely gets warm.

I like the soft cover. The waterbottle ultimately does what it is supposed to. I do not like that the cover does not come off! I would want it off when filling so it doesn't get wet, and to wash it. The bottle itself is really stiff-not like the standard soft red bottles which are supple.

I love this! Super great for cramps or other bodily aches. Also keeps warm all night long. I personally put boiling water into it, and I have had no problems doing so, I just think because the cover is so thick, you don’t feel much heat unless you put super hot water into it. That being said, even with boiling water it isn’t too hot on skin which is great. It’s super soft and cozy too!

The best purchase for people who menstruate or stuffer from cramps! Works wonders on sore muscles as well. But my primary use is for cramps, discomfort and to warm my feet at the bottom of my bed.The cover is machine washable and super soft. But DO NOT let the cover run through the dryer. Let it air dry overnight.

Maybe I should have believed the reviews. They said some leaked and there were references to rubber washers. Did I listen? No, and mine leaked. Soggy bed at 03.00 in the morning. Not best pleased, not in the slightest.Up and about later, took the bottle out of its cover and tested for a leak. The screw plug - no way could it be tightened enough to stop a drip type leak which half emptied the bottle in 60 minutes.But I'm a retired engineer and just couldn't be bothered with the returns hassle - so I went to my workshop, to the 'O' ring department and selected one that was a nice snug fit (22mm), and it worked. Cost? way less than my shoe leather to the post office! And a nice warm bottle for my feet at night. Best water temperature is between 70 & 80C and that stays warm well into the early hours.Still grumpy but it's a nice warm comfortable hot water bottle at the end of the day.

Probably the worst purchase I’ve made this year. Beautiful soft cover but when you try to put water in it (which is its purpose) you end up with a soaking wet cover and can’t use it. The cover is not removable and the water for some reason doesn’t go into the bottle as it should. It keeps bubbling up and then going down into the bottle resulting in a wet cover so can’t even use it!

I haven’t had a hot water bottle since I was a child, and I have no idea why, because I haven’t put mine down since it arrived - it’s so soft and comforting. I bought it mainly because of the unusual green colour, which I love, but actually the texture is even softer than I expected. It doesn’t seem to be leaking yet, so fingers crossed!

So comfy! Love it!

I bought the red one, this stained my pillow from first use. Very disappointed with the poor quality of the cover, please DO NOT buy it! Otherwise, it will stain and damage your clothes.
