Delivery problems
Product is working out well but I wasn't happy with the delivery delays. I understand about the weather but item was "out for delivery" several days in a row with no delivery.

I did not receive the correct item that they show in the picture. It didn't come with the K1 embroidered nor was the correct opening on the eyes.
