stiffer than what i was expecting...
I need to raise my arms up higher than my desk so that I can use my equipment properly, resting my wrists at an angle for so long is really wrecking them... So these are pretty nice, I have to sit back further in the chair to use the arm rests of the chair now, but thats not so much of a big deal. They are fairly sturdy and can wrap around a pretty large arm rest if needed. They are also a lot stiffer than most memory foam products ( between that white brick foam you get in boxes and play dough... if that makes any sense to anyone lol) -- but thats ok, it gives support and just the right amount of give so that my arms and wrists are happy. they are a little awkward on some arm rests, but you just have to get used to the curve i guess.

Pretty comfortable!
These are actually quite comfortable and good quality given the price. The straps are very long and I needed to trim them. They are also shaped to be thicker at one end than the other. Because of the shape and degree of angle of my chair’s arms I had to flip them the other way. They are also nice and thick - important because I’m tall and needed extra arm height for my chair. Picky reason for only 4 stars - I hate black and black Velcro straps were the only option. My desk chair is white and pale gray, these cushions are gray, and the black ugly straps look crappy. Otherwise I’m perfectly happy with them.

Bought for plane travel
Comfortable and easy to put on, but has a tendency to spin off the top of arm of the chair and so has to be readjusted frequently

Cushions soft like pillows
Bought it for my sister after she complained about her arm being in pain. Good cushion.

Works well
Amazing chair armrests became really uncomfortable after 3 months. These work well for their purpose.

NEVER AGAOM
The Velcro is very thin and will not hold. The armrest just fall all over the place, not staying in place. I would not purchase these items. They are being trashed.

Not For Long Term Use
I've had these for about 8 months now and the foam is already collapsing. I rest my elbows on my armrests frequently, and at first these covers worked great. However I noticed right away that the foam didn't hold its form very well, but hey, they were cheap. Now the foam has started to collapse and is about only half as thick as it was when I got them. They work fine in a pinch, but definitely not good for long term use. I only use them about 10-20 hours per week from my home office, so it's not even like they were getting a full 40hr/week amount of use.

Nicely contoured and firm foam
I picked these up because the lovely ergonomic desk chair I bought at the beginning of the work from home saga had weirdly low arm rests (maybe I just have a long torso?). Either way, I wanted my elbows to rest ~1.5" above where the chair arm height was. I was looking for something supportive, less concerned on fatigue/memory foam status. I gave these a shot because they were affordable and looked like they would adjust small enough to fit the barely-there armrests of the chair. Wonderful. I should have done this months ago. The foam is quite firm, and keeps my elbows at a better height, while still having "surface-level" give for comfort. The fact that the covers are zippered and machine washable is an added bonus.
