Surprised by the quality of this muffler. I had previously in stalled a D5 Concepts Axleback on my 2005 Corolla XRS. It sounded fine, and looked ok; but the quality was garbage. The fiberglass sound-deadening material literally shot out of the back (looked like a dead animal was hanging out of the back of my exhaust). Eventually all of the material came out, and the exhaust sounded horribly loud. Took this to an exhaust shop, had them weld it in, immediately returned the exhaust to a level where you can definitely hear it on the outside (deep, low pitch), but it is nearly stock-quiet on the inside. Also, as I said in the first sentence, the muffler is REALLY nice quality. The D5 concepts muffler (and any that are under this price range) are cheap, thin, crap metal. The metal on this is thick; the tip isn't just a round piece of metal but actually gets progressively thicker as it tracks towards the muffler. I'd absolutely purchase this again.

unlike most cheap exhaust cans this one doesn't make my civic sound annoying. old muffler gone, put this one on and to my surprise it didn't sound like blowing through a pinched aluminum can. excellent build quality so far and no complaints from the neighbors! not a super loud exhaust though there is definitely a noticeable increase over stock. focuses more on the exhaust tone than the volume giving it a nice, throaty sound. best of all it didn't upset my mum so i get to keep it on the car. 5 stars.

My project car is a 2021 Suzuki Swift, and this muffler was a great way to get started on modifications because it is not so hard on your wallet and gives you great build quality and sound for what you are paying. It’s not very loud either, especially at low rev ranges but it’s loud enough to notice that you have modified a part of your exhaust. The only person that’s gonna find this really loud is probably only your grandmother. I’m also hearing a couple of pops and bangs immediately after installing the muffler, without even getting a tune. Probably were suppressed by my stock exhaust muffler which was quite restrictive.

El sonido de la pipa variara dependiendo de la instalacion de salida de tuberias que tenga el auto, empezando desde la salida del motor(maniful ó headers) catalizador o sin catalizador, tuberias, resonador hasta llegar ala ultima salida en esta caso la pipa dc sport, si quieres que de su mejor empeño debes de considerar lo antes explicado y tener una buena instalacion de tuberias y con unos headers de preferencia.
