I really like this item. I believe it works well if you have the time to hold it and let it kinda dry the wound as much as possible you get more healing that way.

THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE - MY FIRST REVIEW WAS REJECTED, probably because it was not too favorable for the seller!!! Be aware- if you do not like it and want to return - it will be a problem even if not used. Takes more than 4 weeks. You will have to contact Amazon and even after that it is still not there yet. Otherwise, the device itself may dry wet wounds. Mostly due to the fan. But alongside with it it dries adjacent healthy epidermis, which is essential for healing. I am MD therefore can evaluate. Nice size, light, portable

I bought this for a wound that I have had for 2 yrs now and I have now built up an allergy to all bandages because I have had to cover it for 2 yrs due to the weeping of the wound. I bought this hoping it would help. I used it once for 10 minutes the next day when I removed the dressing it was very red like the whole thing was infected. I used again the next day and when I changed the dressing my wound looked like it was a severe sunburn. It wasn't infected and was sore but the skin was very dark red and the only thing different was using the light. I used it with the fan to help dry the wound and put it 5cm away like it said. Just be very careful with this, a wound is already an open area for infection to the skin. This broke down the skin integrity around the wound.

I purchased this product about 1 week after I crashed a motorcycle into a tree (no judgement, people) ;) I think it would have helped heal the scrape on my shin....before it became infected. I have used it, while also on antibiotics, and can't say for sure how much healing to attribute to the device. I can say that it is quiet and easy to use. I will update this review when/if I need it again (hopefully not for the same, stupid reason!). It's nice to have a non-invasive, non-pharmaceutical option on hand, if needed.

Waste of money, sent it back, don’t buy.

Received product purchased as new this product came delivered used very old condition. Multiple scratches human hair and dog hair inside the box on the device dirty tweezers getting a refund has been almost impossible.
