Purchased this for my husband for Christmas. I had to contact the company as I had mistakely made a duplicate order. They responded promptly and were very kind and helpful in sorting things out. It arrived well packaged. We set it up together and found the instructions to be clear and all the peices were labeled nicely. It took less than 2 hours. I like that the height can be adjusted for our little ones. The scoreboard comments are fun but can also be turned off. Overall, the game seems sturdy and substantial. Everyone loves it!

The absolute worst

This is awesome. Really fun, easy to put together, bought for my sons Christmas gift as we are huge UNC fans. The different games make it fun to keep playing without getting bored.

You are paying about 25% more for a Carolina-branded backboard. Nothing else on the unit is Carolina-specific. For the money, the basketballs should be UNC-branded too. You are almost better off getting the generic version and adding UNC decals. I was lucky to get this on Black Friday discount for $300 and feel it is worth this price. Some paint was missing from the rims but nothing you notice once assembled.All that aside, the backboard looks sharp, the unit was straightforward to assemble, and provides good entertainment value. I recommend this if you can find it for a discount.
