Love it 🥰
I’ve had this thing at my standing desk for like 5 minutes and I can already tell I’m going to love this!! So comfortable and allows for natural foot/leg fidgeting.

Exercise like you do with your PT
I bought this for home exercises after using something like this at physical therapy. Trying to get my flexibility and strength back after a catastrophic ankle injury in a car crash, and wanted to replicate all my PT at home. This price is also 1/3 the cost of one PT visit, so very happy with that!

slippery
The plastic is slippery. I have the wooden one also, which I really like and use a lot. I'm giving this one away and buying another wooden one from them for my home.

I bought the turquoise one with the knobby surface for extra grip
I saw that there were two types of wobble boards available. The turquoise one’s surface was covered with little pointed knobs. the other ones had concentric ridges on them. I thought the turquoise one would provide a grippier surface, and it does. I never feel at risk of sliding around or falling off. I use the board maybe once or twice a week for exercise, often while using weights. I usually like to lift barefoot, but the pointed knobs—while grippy—are too pointed for me to practice barefoot. No big deal. When I use the board I wear shoes. Otherwise I can do my practice barefoot. When I use the board for planks or pushups I fold a towel over the top to make a cushion for my hands. Same if I’m sitting on it boat pose or reverse crunches.Overall I really like the board. I also have a Bosu but it’s definitely harder to get up on, especially while holding kettlebells or dumbbells. But I like using them each, depending on what exercises I want to do or what I want to focus on. I love the grippiness of the knobby surface. It’s easy for me to get on and off the board. And it’s small and easy to store away.

Helped my ankle
I like the strong materials they used, and the handles make it easy to lug around. It's fairly light weight too which is a plus. It helps out my balance and ankle recovery. I'd get it again if I lost it.

🌀 Great for balance training with safety in mind
The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a board like this—practical and reasonably priced—and I’m so glad I found it. It feels like a soft foot massage when used barefoot and doesn’t slide on any surface. The color is beautiful too. I especially recommend it for older adults who need to work on their balance. Just make sure to hold onto a wall or something stable when starting out.

Slippery, and small, but workable
A bit harder to control than larger balance board. I was considering returning it, but I took to physiotherapy session, and they loved it. They showed me how to adapt exercises to smaller size. Basically balance on one foot instead of rocking on two. I’d still prefer a larger, less slippery board though. This thing has NO traction.
