Five years years ago my hair would not grow past my shoulders what so ever, the ends were split and dry and my nails would peel and flake off like mica. No amount of hair treatments, oil, or products would fix this problem that I had been having since I finished puberty. So I did some research and that led me to collagen.I tried a few different brands, the powder you put in drinks that taste like literal cat food and moldy fish, the liquid that does not taste much better and I eventually settled on this brand's tablets...I have been using these for three years straight and my hair is down to my middle back now, and my nails are long and strong. It took a good 6 months to really notice results but after those six months I swore I would never use a different product. My skin is also plumper and some finer lines around my eyes have filled in.I highly recommend this product because it WORKS. This product is perfect for people who cannot tolerate the powder collagen and can tolerate BIG pills.Please, try this product but give it a few months to work. It can't work overnight, it can't work in a week, you have to give it at least 4.

First, I have bought this product/brand at Walmart, I liked it so much I ended up purchasing through Amazon but for more pill count and a few $ more.Secondly, the bottle I had bought from Amazon lasted me about two months and the third bottle is not even halfway. The pills are like horse pills, so be aware if you have problems taking those and I take 6 of them daily. It definitely does the job, no joint pain and most of all my nails/hair have been growing fast. Since they’re supplements, they suppress your hunger and I usually take it every morning or when I wake up. They keep me looking and feeling young!

I'm trying to decide if I like the pills better than stirring in my coffee and no answer there, it's whatever your preference. I've used the powder collagen for 3 years so I think it's hard to change. I do feel several things in my life are better because of taking collagen, so will take it in one form or another. As for the stars I don't think they are for pain and I take them so fast if there's flavor, I didn't realize it.

I'm in my 60's and thought I'd try collagen for my skin, of course. I wasn't all that enthusiastic about the recommended dosage: 6 capsules a day? I always start any medication or supplement with 1/2 the suggested dose. In this case, I started (and still do) take only 2 a day with the rest of my vitamin/herbal supplements. I have eyebrows again! I also have a healthy new crop of lady-hair between my legs and I'm really impressed. My hair doesn't do that frizzy-kinky thing at the back of my neck anymore, but I'm especially excited about my eyebrows growing back in. Did not expect that!

Amazing product! I used to have symptoms of ligament issues in my middle finger & after two bottles that issue is gone! So I keep coming back for more! I highly recommend this product! Plus It gives me fuller hair & better skin.

Have tried many formulas for hair growth but nothing has worked so quickly I can feel and see my hair is getting thicker and growing faster. I would recommend it as less expensive as other products that claim to improve hair growth. Great value for less $$. Recommend trying this before spending more money on other products.
