Thai Korean Japanese Style BBQ Grill Steak Hot Pan + Stove Set Kitchen Ware

I gave 5 stars because the seller was so careful in sending me the packages! The grill comes apart for easy cleaning..I've used it with a Sterno Cooking Fuel indoors and it does cook the meat. As for the soup part, it won't come to a boil so I have yet to use it with charcoal outdoors. It's easy to use and fun and good for at least 2 or 3 people. If you plan to buy there is a waiting period of at least 3 weeks or more cause it's coming from Thailand, but really it is worth waiting for! Also, remember to grease the grill before you put on the meat or it will stick to the grill. Happy eating!!

Delivery was longer than estimated, the box was crushed beyond recognition, that's ok, hurricanes happen. What I got was not what was pictured. I got the grill top with holes in it, not the solid plate as pictured. I really really wanted that one. Can't afford to pay the return. Will try it and will write an update later. 2/25/16, It comes apart to clean but don't put it in the dishwasher, it oxidizes. The cap looks like that thin metal thing with the holes in it, and the casting was bad because it looks like a chip is out of it. It however, cooked the meat (I generously greased the grill each time i cooked something) and I ate it and it was wonderful. Havent tried the soup part yet. The base that holds the charcoal is about 10.5 " so I'm thinking I might get a grate and extend the usefulness. I'd been thinking of a lodge grill, but the reality is, I can pick this up and not hurt myself. The rest of the unit I think is great and sturdy and will last far longer than those cheap hibachi stoves. I'm just po'd about the cap 3/14/16 Well, learned what these things are..called Mookata's or Mu Kratha's The solid cap works best on a butane stove w/o the base (doesn't yuck it up) , or use alcohol gel with the included base, the one with the holes is great over the charcoal, the holes keeps the fire alive. Though I've been told they both can be used for both. Better make sure you talk to the seller before ordering to make sure you get the one you want. 12/1/16 I ordered another one, and got what was pictured. So I'm happy now. I'm going to up this a star because i'm sort of glad I have both styles and since I'm clever, I have extended the usefulness of these devices to more than the original design...I'm cool with it now.

After a trip to Thailand I had to purchase one of these unique small charcoal grills common at outdoor eateries in South East Asia. This grill allows for cooking on the middle hot top as well as steam/boiling veggies in the thin basin that surrounds the main grill. Just fill the basin with hot broth and allow the juices from the thin meat slices cooking above to drip down into the soup. Shipping was expensive as the grill is straight from Thailand but over worth the cost. It's small and perfect for two persons. Great for use in the house as well with sterno cooking cans.

I received my Thai Barbeque in perfect shape. It was definitely worth the wait. This is the second purchase and we can't wait to invite even more friends over for summer Thai Barbeque. Thank you, Margaret
