Portable Personal Therapeutic Spa Home Steam Sauna with 800 Watt Steamer

The water heater allowed steam to come out the top from day one, I was willing to deal with steam leakage, but recently I noticed that after drying everything, plus excess water underneath, puddles of water. Now, I am afraid to plug it in and use it. I am waiting to have the manufactur replace the steam machine. I bought this same item at around eighten years ago and only had to replace it recently with this same model that leaks steam and water around the rim from day one , but since I am finding water underneath after the pot, now I am afraid to use it.I am waiting to hear from the manufacturer.

Sacrificed a small folding canvas chair for this. It works and it feels great, no doubt. But if it were just bigger in all directions, a little bit, it could accommodate a bigger person more easily. You have to have a place for it, too. If you do, and you don't mind a little prep to get it going, and then wipe it down, put a fan on it to ensure it dries out and does not get funky, it really does feel fantastic.

I don't leave a review often, but feel compelled to for this item. This thing is awful. It just doesn't get hot. You freeze in this thing. I used an older sauna similar for several years, it finally quit working. I purchased this one to replace it. Waste of money. Stay away from this one, try something else.

The only way I got the piping to stay together was by taping each joint at each connection point. Some of the pipes did not fit together at all! After putting together a frankenstein skeleton, I attempted to place the tent around it, which did not fit at all! I am experienced at assembling things, but wished I had taken a moment to photograph this disaster as I was struggling with it. Very disappointed!!!

Did not come with the chair or the hose to connect the generator to the tent. The tent is really small. I'm average 6ft tall and the really cramp you in this tent. could have made it a little bigger.I put my own chair in there to give you an idea on how small this is.

gets too hot to the point where it kinda burns. Other than that, I guess it does work.

I like the product but there is no chair included

At 11 months the steamer would boil the water, steam would start filling the sauna then after 5 min it would shut off, then 5 min later start boiling again, then shut off. I'm under the 1 yr warranty but there is no one to call or reach for recourse. Other than it breaking, i loved it.
