Say What??
There are some good recipes but this book is getting benched. The instructions are often unclear or just plain wrong. I've made several bread recipes and each one took at least 3 attempts before I gave up and threw it all away. In one, the ingredients are "4 whole eggs and 2 egg whites". It says to separate the eggs and put the yolks in a separate bowl (so separate just the 2?? what about the 4 whole ones??) What she meant was 6 eggs separated--use 6 whites and only 4 yolks. Maybe it's just me, but I didn't figure that out until the next day. That confusion resulted in my first failed attempt. It also says you don't have to be too careful when incorporating the beaten egg whites, it even says to use an electric mixer. I followed those directions to a T and it turned out like a brick--failed attempt #2. Third try--I VERY carefully folded the beaten egg whites into the dry mix and voila! The loaf rose and looked beautiful! On the outside. Unfortunately, it was very spongy--nothing like the airy, fluffy, sliced-like-store-bought bread that's pictured. It ended up in the trash the next day after I almost choked trying to swallow a piece. I also made a pork curry recipe in which the directions say you can use a Dutch oven or a slow cooker. Since we work all day, I opted for the slow cooker. The recipe says to squeeze in the juice of two limes then put the lime halves in the pot and remove when it's done (6 hours on low). It smelled amazing but was so unbelievably bitter! We tried to salvage it but it was inedible and had to be thrown out. I emailed the author who kindly replied that she had only made it in a Dutch oven, not a slow cooker. I'm sorry but if you're writing a cookbook, you better have tested every recipe and every method yourself!!! I could go on but I think you get the gist.

Be prepared to order a lot of unusual ingredients.
Here's the thing about this recipe book. Every recipe would require that I order ingredients in order to make them. I just feel like there are a lot of ways to accomplish the goal without requiring me to fail at finding the strange ingredients in a local shop, then order them online, only to discover that the next recipe requires the same routine.Busy people don't have time to stock up on a plethora of obscure ingredients in order to cook dinner every night.I tried to like this book. It's very nice, with high quality prints and excellent instructions, but because I have to plan each meal a week in advance, I can't justify giving it a higher rating.

Instructions are not clear
I missed my return window. I've tried several times and this cookbook is not working for me. For example the sunflower bread on page 20. Six eggs are required, two that you separate the yolks from the whites. The instructions don't tell you when to add the other 4 eggs into the recipe. It would be helpful to have more photos so that I can gauge whether or not my concoction is on the right track with what it should look like as a progress. I think I will look for recipes on YouTube so I can have more of a visual since the instructions here are not clear.

We are eating great food
One of my favorite cookbooks besides Nom Nom Paleo. I'm eating more keto these days and loving it. The recipes are great, I'm losing weight in my late 60's, we aren't feeling deprived at all! highly recommend this. I got the paperback, and am finding I prefer them to kindle for cookbooks.

Awesome Sauce
I am so glad I purchased this cookbook. Lots of pictures (not of every single recipe though) and I like the "Nutrition Facts per Serving" section that includes the following: Total Carbs, Fiber, Net Carbs, Protein, Fat, Energy, Macronutrient Ratio. Very helpful. I wish all recipes from other sources included this information.I like the design of the book and the actual construction of the book is sturdy and wonderful. But it's the recipes that I love the most. Can't wait to try every recipe (well, except for the Shredded Brussels Sprouts with Bacon) :-)

Best Keto cookbook!
I love this cookbook! I purchased it for my Kindle and I've had absolutely no problems. I'm new to the Keto WOE and transitioned nicely with the help of this cookbook and the author's blog. Be advised.....this is a Keto cookbook so a lot of the ingredients are "Keto approved" and are not normally found in most SAD (Standard American Diet ) kitchens. Most of the ingredients in this cookbook are used over and over so once you buy the staples you can make most of the recipes with no problem.

A Favorite Keto Cookbook
Love the recipes in this book. Over the past three months I've made quite a few of the recipes and they've been a real hit. Tonight was Healthy Fish Fingers which were very popular. One of the family doesn't like tartar sauce so I made the ketchup. The ketchup ended up being a hit with young and old. Every recipe I've made to date has been really easy which is really helpful after a very long, busy day.

Not a book for beginners of the Keto diet
I’m new to the Keto diet so it was a bit too much for me. I received the book on 21st September 2018 instead of the estimated 19 - 20th. As soon as I received it I flipped through it because I had been waiting expectantly for it to arrive before I went shopping for groceries for the week but I was disappointed. I’m of African descent so probably that was why most of the foods didn’t appeal to me, but I don’t think so because I’ve lived in the UK for years now and I’m adaptable to most foods from different places.I think a beginner book would have been much better for me because I could find few things I really liked from the variety of recipes in the book. Would have appreciated a plan to help and more pictures of the food. The reason I bought this particular book was because the author lives in the UK and I thought the book would contain recipes from the UK that I know of, but I didn’t think they were.

Great recipes. My only gripe is that it would be nicer if all recipes had even a small photo as being keto recipes you never really know if it turned out as planned.

My first Keto diet cookbook. If you have just started to live the Low Carb High Fat - LCHF - lifestyle (yes it is a lifestyle, not just a diet) I recommend you buy this book. A valuable reference and guide to eating this way and some lovely recipes to help you on your way.

Excellent book
This is a brilliant book in all senses! Very descriptive and clear, with a great intro to the KetoDiet which I'm sure would convince anyone with an open mind to make the switch. It also gives you a comprehensive guide on what foods to avoid and which to eat in abundance. Would recommend to anyone

Great cook book, but be aware a lot of the terminology is American
I bought this book as I am trying a keto diet and there are some really good ideas for dishes.. however I have had to learn that cilantro is coriander among many other Americanisms, :- zucchini = courgette, eggplant = aubergine etc etc.. but don't let that put you off :-)
