Love the flavor, us who have a history of baritric surgery, need to take vitamins and supplements for life, some I start to hate the flavor sooner or later, but this brand and flavor has not. A bit chalky, but they all taste like that.

They start out very firm, but if you hold on to them for a few seconds they begin to soften. And they have a really great taste! You would never know that you were eating vitamins, I feel like every morning I get a little piece of candy

These Bariatric Advantage caramel chews are literally the soft, flirty little love notes my body needs post-gastric bypass. I had surgery on May 12th, and let me tell you getting in my calcium and D3 has never felt this bougie. They taste like a Werther’s Original had a glow-up, rich caramel vibes without the sugar crash, no chalky aftertaste, and zero guilt. I keep one in my purse, one in the car, and a stash by the bed because this is basically my new love language. 💋 They’re soft, not sticky, and actually make me look forward to my supplements. I don’t know who decided to make vitamins cute, but thank you, truly. My bones and I feel seen. The taste of these is very enjoyable. However, I am in maintenance after bariatric surgery/weight loss and try to stay under 100 grams of carbs per day. There are 8 carbs per 2-chew serving, which is just more than I can devote to a vitamin supplement on a day-to-day basis so I only use these for an occasional treat with a cup of decaf coffee. I take calcium citrate pills from Costco most of the time. During my weight loss phase, my nutritionist advised me to stay under 75 grams of carbs per day, so these would not have been a good choice at all then with their high carb count.
