If you want to know your Candida levels in your body DO NOT choose this test and company. My timeline:- bought the test and sent sample 12/29/23, waited three weeks. Contacted them and they told me the sample was compromised and couldn't be tested. If I hadn't contacted them they would not have contacted me. Got a refund- bought a second test and sent the sample in. This time they told me that the sample had arrived on a Friday at noon and could not be processed before the weekend and had to be thrown out. I had closely followed the instructions to send on either Monday or Tuesday. Got a refund.-bought a third test because they were the only ones who could send me one in under a month. Sent the sample in on a Monday and tracked the package which arrived on Wednesday 2/14. Today I got an email from them saying it arrived on Friday and couldn't be processed again.This company is a total waste of time. Don't bother. Wish I could give a 0 star rating.

This product was great! I've been super curious about candida growth because I've been having symptoms of it, and I wanted to learn more to see if this was the root of my problem. The test was super easy to use, and came with everything you need! I like how I didn't even have to print out a shipping label. Overall, I would definitely buy similar products because of the efficiency of this one. Very insightful, and I'm glad I can skip the doctors office.

I sent the test with a biosample with the provided bag and label to the company. No result of the test in almost 2 months.Please help me to get the refund from your vendor!Not able to get any help! This is wrong

I received my Verisana test kit quickly and the process was very straight forward. I have been curious about learning more about my Cándida levels because I’ve realized it can lead to many chronic issues. I was a bit surprised of the waiting times after sending back my sample (it took almost 2 weeks to get the results via email). However, in the end it was worth the wait. In my opinion, It is important to stay ahead and take precautions concerning health problems.

For starters, the process was very easy. I have been looking to learn more about my body and and decided to test out this kit. It made me comfortable because I was able to get my sample from the comfort of my own home. I simply sent it back to the lab and my results were delivered within a week. This is great, given that their lab is in Germany . The report seems detailed and thorough, best of all is that I got to know things that I otherwise would not have known they existed! :-)

Verisana’s test kit is very easy to use. The directions are very clear and the results I received were very insightful. My health is important to me and this test allowed me to find out if my Cándida levels were high. Using this information, I was able to discuss with my physician needed changes to my diet that we have now implemented. Anyone who has not done a test like this before, should consider it. It can only help you improve your lifestyle and habits.

1. You will be waiting for your results for 3 weeks after your sent your poop 2. Sample travels without any conservatives so it looks like poor bugs just die during the travel. Travel took in my case 7 days 3. In my case i had so many candidas that they were burning my bomb bay, they could not be there. Just sad.

The process was very easy and instructions were very easy to understand as well. Only downer is that it took a while to get my results since there lab is established in Germany. Overall, the test did provide useful information that I’m able to discuss further with my doctor.
