Good taste and decent quality

This product really amps up the taste and color of my tomato based dishes and home canned tomato sauces

The tomato powder was pale and low on flavor. It's more like pink instead of being rich and red. It is powderednicely and clump free

Loving the tomato powder! 'Playing" with it in making soup, taco sauce, juice, paste, pizza sauce etc. Able to make lower sodium seasoning mixtures. The product is 100% pure with no added preservatives or additives so I am assuming the 19mg sodium is what is naturally in the tomatoes.The package I rec'd did not have the nutritional info on it so I wrote the company. Sadly, my return window has closed, even though I just opened the product now. It is not to my liking. In my opinion, it has a very bad aftertaste. Definitely different from other tomato powders that I have had in the past. Some may like it, but this brand I did not. To each his own. The price was good, and the shipping was fine.

Surprisingly good taste. Also like that it thickens up sauces nicely.

I avoid maltidexrin. It is in too many products. I use tomato powder to make my own tomato bouillion. I control the salt and I add no preservatives. I use the bouillion to enhance tomato flavored dishes.I also use the tomato powder in my tomato cheese bread recipes. I found tomato powder in the recipes, replacing tomato sauce, to bake lighter and softer loaves.The flavor is tomato. No additives.

When I received it I had to get creative in terms of storing.This powder will clump and coagulate faster than your normal seasonings and powder,But it is subtle and not overwhelming and great to add a little couleur (sorry brits, the French make better food than you xP) and can be used to soak up excess liquid to incorporate into a "master sauce"
