Works exactly as expected. It's hard to get it to position 2 at first so you need some strength but works fine. I thought I was quite flexible so thought level 3 would be good, but it's too much, so I am enjoying level 2 and know I can move to level 3 later so it should last some time. Really gives you that "oooh" feeling when you relax onto it. Of course, ensure that your back is in good condition before using and take a doctor's advise if unsure - I'm sure it could injure you if used wrongly or exacerbate an existing condition (I'm not a doctor!).This product is the same as available elsewhere, but at best price (at time of reivew) - it's sold by countless other Amazon vendors/sellers, all at different prices, up to 3 times this cost (£13.99 at time of purchase).

I have suffered from an increased discomfort in my lower back, probably from sitting in my chair too much during lockdown.I wanted something to help and that wouldn't cost too much.This back stretcher fits the bill. It seems robust and effective as a simple way to work my back muscles. I find that it eases the discomfort - but it isn't a cure! I'm pleased that I got it.

The top arch of the one I received had been mis-moulded (too thick) and proved impossible to spring or bend into enough of a curve to snap into the base. Various family members also tried to assemble the parts but even the strongest were defeated.The peculiar instruction sheet (full of weird mis-translations and 'advice') did not engender confidence in this device at all.If you're young, strong and super-fit but have a slight back-ache this might be for you.... if you have a serious back-pain problem this appears to be a good way of exacerbating the pain ! The item was returned for a refund.

This product is bloody fantastic it has different levels on it so it goes into different heights and it works especially if you suffer with back pain. Doing it once or twice a day can prevent pressure on your back. Since my partner has used it it’s eased the pressure a lot on he’s spine. It’s sturdy and good priced

Basic design...but effective. I use it twice a day, 10mins, and my back feels more flexible. I actually get a 'click', which I never get from stretching, yoga etc.

Its helped with my backache, I feel like I'm walking better and more up right. Easy to use and extremely strong.

Good quality and just like described. However you will need more strength to set up higher lever.
