Pretty easy to change if you've taken stuff like this apart before.... had a few screws left over but its running like a dream.

It fit and spins, and apparently it cools down, but it is noisier than the original for sure

Fan fits good and all that but it’s very very loud like not just a little I mean it’s unnecessary loud, and after put the new fan in, my PS now overheats which it’s never done before ( not the first time I’ve stripped it down, I do it every year to replace the thermal paste and pads never an issue ) I’d recommend trying to get a proper Sony replacement

Fan is quite good, & looked like it could allow near silent ps4 slim. However, there is this irritating rattling noise present at low fan speeds & all the time when placed vertically. Pretty disappointing as the original fan never had this issue and now have wasted the expensive thermal paste since I have to remove the motherboard to replace the fan back to the original.

Perfect fit and works as intended. Don't forget the thermal paste you have to fully dissemble the PS4 pro to install this including removing the heat sink and heat pipes from the CPU/ gpu
