I purchased two sets of the visiting light up witches.I made sure I ordered in plenty of time for Halloween, as I live in the UK and know only too well that items purchased from abroad, do take considerably longer to arrive, particularly now with the pandemic we are all in.First set came pretty quickly but I did have a small wait for my second set. I am being honest in saying that I believe that the company hadn’t dispatched both sets together and this only got addressed once I contacted them. In all fairness, the response time and contact have been more than satisfactory, and I did receive my second set in plenty of time.The actual witches are fantastic and great value for money, all are working fine and will be a fantastic talking point for Halloween. They also stand quite tall and are very sturdy, the heads that light up and the voice box are brilliant but simple features and certainly add to the atmosphere.I have wanted these ever since I saw other companies selling them last year, so I am so pleased that I finally sent for them this year. Cannot wait now to arrange them all on Saturday night.

Ordered 2 only recieved 1 set. Charged for 2.. would like a refund for both sets please!!! Description so NOT accurate... If I don't get a refund for both I will report you to trading statndards for mis interpretation of goods. You need your description to be accurate and not misleading. Your picture looks amazing.. nothing like the real product!!!

I am very disappointed with these witches. They are very flimsy; (a windy evening, and they will probably all blow over); not at all well made; and certainly not worth the money I paid for them, let alone the big increase in cost they are now. None of the three "witches" makes any noise; and whilst two of them have different coloured lights changing in their heads; the third witch does not change colour from red. I cannot be bothered with all the hassle of sending them back; and waiting for a replacement so soon to Halloween; so I am going to try and enhance them by adding more substance, and making them more sturdy. Personally; I would not buy these products again. Sorry seller.

Very Poor quality, rips and holes in fabric of the hats, so flimsy they will blow away no way of securing witches hat to heads. Very poor quality. Not tall, poles very short and came badly packaged in bags and no instructions at all. Although You work out how to assemble. I’m Really disappointed they look far better in the pictures than reality.

These witches cast a really spooky spell at our gathering and went down extremely well.

They would only be the height advertised if you used all the pole sections on one witch. You would also expect there to be an equal number of pole sections for each witch but my set only came with 13 sections which is not divisible by 3. They are a reasonable height if I split the poles between two witches so looks like I'll have to make do with that this Halloween.One of the battery packs also came damaged with the springs and metal connectors for the batteries missing so I'll have to source other parts to make one of them light up. When lit up they look fine, although a stiff breeze would probably carry the hat away so I'll have to come up with a creative solution for that. Couldn't get the motion detection noise to work either.

Was super excited to get these.However when I started setting them up (not that there’s much to do as it’s a few poles and batteries) 2 out the 3 witches heads lit up but no sound and my 3rd witch didn’t light up or make any sound. I had brought brand new batteries so knew that wasn’t the issue. Super disappointed as they took ages to arrive in the post as well.I have given 3 stars though as the seller did contact me back straight away with a resolution and offered to refund for damages.
