Hair Splat Rebellious Colors 30 Wash Hair Color Kit, Midnight Jade, 6 Oz

Deep and vibrant color. We've tried two or three of their other colors and this one has out last them all. Commend them on a good product.

1. Don't use this particular line of hair dyes if your hair is bleached. 2. This hair dye is not intentionally designed for people with naturally brunette/ dark hair. 3. For all those complaining about the color coming out wrong on their bleached hair...read the instructions first and find a product that is designed for bleached hair (it's your own fault if you look like a Smurf and not a forest goddess after applying this awesome hair dye). 4. The darker your hair, the longer you will need to let it sit to get the best results. (I leave this on for 3 hours & wrap my hair in aluminum foil and then a towel). 5. The dye will rub off on clothing and other things for the first half dozen washes (the dye washes out of most things, but you might want to try darker clothes and a towel over your pillow to reduce all the clean up). 6. This dye lasts way longer on natural hair than posted (I stopped dying my hair for 7 years and used this to cover my grey and get a beautiful dark green color in my hair for my wedding in Sept. 2023 and then redid the dye in July 2024 for an event. My hair has grown out, however, the back ends of my hair still show the green after all this time...best grey coverage ever). 6. If you are a natural brunette (not blonde or bleached), I highly recommend this dye as it is healthy for your hair, turns out fantastic, and lasts a long time. (Don't believe the naysayers who didn't read the instructions and ended up with the wrong color because they don't understand color theory).

This stuff stains everything and it came out of my hair in a week, it's good if you want something very temporary. But prepare for your ears to be stained blue. It smells nice though

Update 3 months later and it still looks great! My roots are coming in so it's time to re-dye but the rest of my hair looks amazing! I've never gotten this many compliments on my hair in my life!!! So the after photos were taken literally after I washed it twice and blow-dried it. I left the dye on for a little over 2 hours. I know the package says not to use shampoo on the first wash but I did because my hair felt really chalky afterwards. If you really want your color to last you use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner! Also if you want to get the stains off of your scalp you can use equal parts of baking soda and dish soap and a toddler toothbrush and scrub lightly on your scalp (That's on the actual splat website). I bought two boxes but ended up only using one which is great because then I can use that box for next time!(I have VERY thick hair). Will update again in a couple of weeks!!

It was good but it was a little bit more blue than we thought, but great product.

Hey, I'm a guy comfortable in his sexuality but generally conservative in my choices. It took me some time but I decided top dye my hair deep forest green. I did the bleach thing last week and this weekend was the big plunger Product applied very easily and it appeared very dark green on my head. As soon as I started rinsing it out I noticed the blue/turquoise stains on my hands, sink, tub. This stuff was coloring everything it touched. The problem I found is that the color it leaves behind is turquoise, NOT midnight emerald. There is NO green, it's all turquoise. Yay, Now I'm the guy with unicorn hair! I'm generally not pleased at all and I rate this a zero for overall satisfaction. The categories it did ask me to rate were longevity, ease of use, and scent. Not how well did it work. Don't buy this or you will be a Smurf!
