It's ideal for the place I needed it.
I needed to plug it in behind my very large and heavy china cabinet. I plugged a timer into it so the light will stay on overnight.

Small design flaw
My outlet outside is sideways and has a flap cover attached so the way this plus is oriented means that it bumps into the panel and won't fit. I wish that the plus would rotate just a little.

THE 3 PRONGS MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE
Wouldn't ordinarily review an extension cord. But having 3 PRONGS at both the plug into the wall/surge protector and all the sockets on the other end
