I’m a non-serious serious power lifter at crunch and this stuff is great for when I deadlift!!

This liquid chalk is pretty good. Not much else to say other than….it obviously works if you’re a person that uses chalk in the gym. Nice compact bottles they offer, stock it in your pocket and chalk up before doing cleans or deadlifts because it really helps your grip with these lifts. And in my opinion, essential to use as a power lifter/Olympic lifter

I use this for disc golf and it keeps my hands dry for multiple holes. A lot easier than carrying a chalk bag.

My favorite thing about the liquid chalk is it doesn’t spread on other things you touch vs the regular chalk where it is all flakes and spreads on everything you touch the only con I have about the liquid chalk is that you can’t tell how much to use because I put a pea size drop on my hand and I thought that wasn’t enough but then 30 seconds later both of my hands were completely covered in chalk but it does last on your hands a long time so you only have to apply it like once or twice when you are working out! overall I love it way more than regular chalk because it is not messy and it only stays on your hands and nothing else!

Because the cream adheres to the skin, it doesn’t fly off the hands after a clap, or fall walking up to the bar. I love this product because it’s not at all messy and works to dry out my hands for a Better adherent

Dries fast, lasts for several lifts. Easy to clean up.

Chalk is not great - I have bought other similar products that seem to give more grip. This product also dries slightly slower, and I have to apply 2x before fully chalked. My hands are still slipping a bit even when fully chalked. Also, it smells like oranges which is nice, but I'd rather just not have a scent.

Purchased in hopes it would make less mess than regular chalk since the gym I go to doesn't allow chalk and I needed to be discrete. Was blown away by how great this product worked. smells and looks like glue when it comes out of the bottle but once you spread it out and let it dry on your hands you will be good for multiple sets. I can get through 4-5 sets of deadlifts with one application and it stays on my hands without getting on the bar. Has mad a huge difference in preventing my calluses from ripping. Will be buying more when this bottle runs out. A must for any heavy lifter.
