The phone was as described, works great. I wish I personally paid better attention, there is the Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra. The ultra has expandable SD card slot and better camera with more pixels. But this meets my needs without having to pay 3 times the price for a new phone.

From the start, the phone glitched all the time. I was already in too deep though since I had registered the device with all my information and the hassle and headache of trying to de-register my device was too much. So, my workaround was continuously tapping the power button until it could straighten itself out on the lock screen.Forget about being able to take pictures at a moment's notice because the more colorful the subject, the more it glitched. Also, the more colorful the advertisements on an app, the glitchier it would become.However, I thought to myself, I can still live with it since all I really need are the call and text capabilities... Then, one day, after the device got a little rain on it (which had a case), the home buttons on the bottom of the screen with the home buttons completely stopped working. So, I depended on the S pen to navigate around the phone.Then, a few days before it reached it's 6-month mark, the screen gave out completely, and I bought a new phone - obviously, not from this seller. :(

I had to have a replacement shipped out, the battery was very quickly draining. I was having to charge the phone 3 it more times a day. I received the replacement yesterday and it seems to be a much better battery. I love the phone, really wanted something with a stylus and this Note 20 had delivered. The Spen is awesome. I have already recommended the refurbished unlocked options that Amazon offers, you can not go wrong and the service Amazon provides after the sale is 100%.

I've had if for a week and I love it. I'm writing a review now because I had my last Samsung Galaxy for 6 years! and I wish I could go back and review it just for its longevity. This one is bright and clear and I love it. No slot for SD card and the memory may not hold up, but I'm hoping it does. It's a heavier phone but not awkward. Packaging was perfect. Came with a nice charger and cord. Stylus has soft tip which feels good while using it.

PURCHASED THE PHONE OCT. 2024 AND IT DID NOT LAST A YEAR. I UNDERSTAND IT IS A USED PHONE, HOWEVER, I THOUGHT I WOULD GET A LITTLE MORE TIME OUT OF IT. PHONE HAD PROBLEMS CHARGING AFTER THE FIRST FEW MONTHS. THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN, THE PHONE JUST TURNED OFF AND NEVER CAME BACK ON. I TRIED CHARGING IT THROUGH THE CHARGING PORT AND WIRELESSLY. STILL NOTHING. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

Not a single problem with this phone.
