So far i haven't had any problems with the air stepper, i can do it right in front of my tv and get a good workout, i love that the bands were included, the only problem i have is that the dvd was no good, that was a disappointment.

I got this as a gift and while it's a great idea and may work for some, it did not work for me. I am 120 pounds and I could not get the steps to go down without putting my entire body weight on each of them and then waiting what seemed like forever for them to go down, so I never got a good rhythm going. I really liked the arm exercise bands though. I really need something more challenging, so I would say this is great for beginners, but not so great for those who need a bit more.

This is a great product. I have used it for years. It is great for the glutes and easy on the knees. A great workout. Very portable form place to place in my home. I dont use the bands too much. The air mechanism is easy to work and very convenient. The timing device is a great addition. Hope you never stop making it.

I had this air stepper for only a couple of months before it broke. The air bladder busted and no longer holds air which makes it pretty well useless. I used it every evening while watching TV. At least 4-5 times a week for an hour or so. Worked great for awhile and then like I said after a couple of months ..... :(Gave it two stars because when it worked it was great! By the way I am 5'5" 155lbs. and counting (trying to loose 15 more pounds before my daughters wedding) I do not feel I misused it or exceeded any weight limits or anything. Hope this helps someone out there....

I ordered what was on this picture, but instead received a different model: a twisting stepper that is NOT what is advertised here. I was expecting this air stepper, since I owned a previous one from a retail store. The actual air stepper works great, it is the seller that did not send the correct one! Do not utilize this seller!

I needed to walk more for exercise. Where I lived at the time was too humid during the summer to walk outside. Where I am now has snow during the winter and is too cold to was outside.

I purchased this stepper because it is an Air Stepper and so easy to use. I am 66 years old and like to exercise but many products are just too hard for me to use. This is one of the most excellent ways I have found to get exercise and still watch television ..:) Totally portable, lightweight and extremely well made. I would encourage anyone who wants to use a stepper to get this one!!

I like how it has air chambers instead of pistons.It's easy to use and store.As i exercise the time goes by quick and before youknow it I'm done exerciseing
