Yes, it’s small. You won’t use it like a traditional stone that 2” to 3” wide and 6”-8” long.You hold the knife and move the stone, instead of the other way around. Almost like you’re using a file when sharpening an axe.A little weird for some people at first, but it’s easy to users get used to.I rarely use the 800 grit side except if I have to fix damage. The 3000 grit get used for general edge maintenance and touch ups.

I like this sharpening stone for its compact size and double sided grits. I have several for camping, bail out bag and in the kitchen.

Have no complaints except I wished it was about a inch longer . But other than that I've been using it since it was delivered and it does a great job of keeping a edge on my pocket knife. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good sharpening stone.

Decent quality. Smaller size than advertised

Great for a beginner pocket knife for whittling can easily carry with you, but it is very small but it does the job!

This is a good value stone. The price is very good. Nice packaging.

I wanted a stone to keep a camping knife sharp as I travel. The quality of this stone seems fine, but the grit seems too fine for this purpose and the size is so small that it makes sharpening even a small pocketknife awkward
