We got this for our elderly dog who loves to be in soft bed and under blankets. She LOVES this bed!! Our washer has an agitator but we still put it in it on delicate and it did just fine being washed and then we dried it on medium heat. She is a hairless dog breed so she LOVES plush/soft things and being snuggled up.

My little Teddy Roosevelt Rat Terrier loves her bed. She was always going under the covers when she slept with us. When I saw this bed I knew she’d love it. She can burrow down under the covers. Getting her little brother one too since they both want hers. Looks great. Well made. Very reasonable.

My 9 month old chihuahua loves her fur haven donut bed. I don’t have a front loader washer and the cover is not removable on the donut bed so when I have to wash it it takes a lot of extra work to wash and days and days to dry completely. So I purchased the fur haven gel cushion with removable washable cover for a back up bed when the first one is being washed. See both pictures and you can plainly see which bed she prefers. I returned the gel cushion one with removable cover as she would not sleep in it. After washing her donut bed and waiting up to three days to air dry it, she goes crazy snuggling and rolling in and under and on top of the bed. Too bad they don’t make it with a removable cover as I can see why dogs love it. It won’t fit in my top loading agitator washing machine so I have to wash it by hand. Still the donut bed is her preferred place even over my bed next to me.

This is one of the nicest dog beds i have ever bought, seems like the bottom could be sturdier with more filling, I expected it to be like a memory foam bottom but it's not. The material inside and out is plush and soft and furry and cozy. I was trying to get my dog to adapt to it as HER bed but she still prefers being cozied up to me while I cling to the side of my bed trying to get some sleep and waking up with sore shoulders and a stiff neck from her hogging the bed. *Only dog lovers will understand this* Anyway she does lay in it during the day by my desk while I am working. When I first took it out and showed it to her she thought it was something to chew but I only had to reprimand her once and she did not try to chew it again. If your dog would insist on chewing it, it could be chewed up pretty easily.

Got this for my yorkie chihuahua mix who is 8lbs. She loves to bury herself deep into the blankets to get comfy and cozy and needed her own bed so we bought this one and it’s a winner. Soft and great quality and arrived fast

Arrived with a hole in it with visible stuffing coming out. For the price, that is inexcusable. Without a car, it’s so much of a hassle for me to return it—I’m probably going to just try and sew it up myself and hope it doesn’t rip more.
