I ended up needing this because of the Omen 30L case's front USB cable only being long enough to connect to the OEM motherboard. Worked perfectly and now this spare parts PC is running like a charm.

Works with the Dell T630 PowerEdge server motherboard's sole internal USB connector, to convert it into a header style pinout.

It worked, I took off 1 star because it was unclear to me what was meant by product faces "inward" vs "outward". I realize now that "inward" means toward the motherboard, but that's the opposite of what the photo showed. It still worked fine for my needs, I just was expecting it to go down, and not up. The product is good though, the description was just a bit unclear to me.

Really cleans up the cable management and has held up for quite some time now even though I have it installed less than ideally.

Chassis had a front panel USB 2.0 header, but the motherboard didn't have an onboard header.Used this to connect to one of the open rear panel USB 3.2 port and it works as expected.A bit janky, routing the cable through a hole in one of the spare PCIe slot covers, but it worked.Was able to use the front panel USB header with a mouse and flash drive without issue.
