For the price I was shocked at how good it sounds!
The sound of the speaker is a 9 out of 10! This speaker is more than a child would need, in fact we set it up in the living room on Christmas morning and it would be good for a large room. Easily connected to Bluetooth with my son's iPod. Not a ton of low end room shaking bass, but that's not what this tower was meant for. SOUNDS GREAT! More than pleased.

Keep looking
The sound is not full and rich even though you have 4 speakers. The sound is harsh and without any depth. There is no tuner for the FM you have to manually go up and down from station to station guessing where you are. The stand is big enough to be stable. I would keep looking.

Was a hit with 10 year olds
I purchased this speaker for my granddaughter on her 10th birthday. She loved it and it was a hit at her birthday party with all the young kids there.

HORRIBLE
This is a defective piece of nothing. Arrived broken. The plug in in the back was gone. Couldn't get it to work.
