My daughter has been struggling with multiple illnesses starting with Lymes Disease then Epsteem Barr Virus for approximately 5 years now. She has been taking Host Defense Cordyceps for most of that time. Periodically I try what appears to be a cheaper brand, but when we take it into her chiropractor who does muscle testing they are never as potent. She then has to take more per day, thus causing them to be just as expensive, and in some cases more expensive than the Host Defense brand. I only buy Host Defense Cordyceps now. Among the myriad suppliments she is taking is a product called Total Brain by Nutri-West. It seems to work synergistically with the cordyceps. Any time we get off the proper dosage of one or the other of these 2 suppliments for more than 5 days, her energy dramatically declines and her headaches worsen. She is finally starting to creep back to health. Anthony Williams' book Medical Medium has provided suppliment suggestions that have been key to her recovery, but they take time. We discovered his book a little over a year ago and only recently have we started seeing improvements. In the beginning of her illness, we cured the Lymes disease with 2 herbal tinctures working in tandem. A potent Cat's Claw (Sorry I don't have the knowledge of a potent brand. We got ours through our chiropractor. I did take the Nutrimedix brand in to muscle test and it was worthless.) and Teasel Root. My dog has a slow growing malignant tumor. He is 10 years old, and the only way to be sure we would get rid of the cancer is to remove his leg. He is a large dog and in no pain so we checked with three different vets: a holistic one, our regular vet, and an oncologist and arrived at a course of treatment. He gets a largely meat and vegetable diet, a multivitamin, probiotics, CO Q 10, and fish oil, All three vets recommended Cordyceps so I did some research, and I have been taking it myself too. To tell you the truth, it seems to give me a little more energy, but that could be a placebo effect. The tumor has remained exactly the same size or maybe even a little smaller since it popped up 6 months ago. I have no idea what is keeping it in check, but I am not going to stop this regimen. In addition to the holistic routine, he also gets a small chemo pill daily. I seems to have no side effects at all, but, of course, it might be what is keeping the cancer in check April 7, 2015 - Just back from a visit to the oncologist. Tumor has grown a very small amount. Toby's blood work is fine. He is now also getting Turkey Tail and Milk Thistle in addition to the previously mentioned regimen.. He has been being treated for the tumor 14 months now, and it is still not bothering him. He is now 11.

These mushrooms are supposed to be very good for the male prostate. Purchase these for my husband he has been able to tell some difference when going to the men’s room.
