Does the job. The dog hated it less than those silly lampshade cones. Did still hate it tho
Finally, a cone of shame that doesn’t turn my dog into a battering ram!🛑 Prevents licking wounds—so no more mystery vet visits.🛑 Way more comfortable than those plastic satellite dishes.🛑 Bonus: My dog now looks like he’s about to go for a swim or take a nap on an airplane.Best part? He doesn’t knock over furniture every time he turns around. 10/10 for my dog’s dignity.

Good for day time
Used this after my dog was neutered, did the job well and looked far more aesthetically pleasing than the typical cone.I used this as an around the house option, looks good and he was less irritated by it plus he would nap and use it as a sort of pillow so I'm sure he was all round more comfortable than a cone. However, it needed inflating a few times as it goes soft over time, resulting in a looser fit and he was able to get close to his wound and even once was able to slip out of it - so a bit more air and it's good to go... But this means if left for a prolonged period, it isn't so great so a backup cone for overnight was also welcome then I swap to this during the day while im at home.Fortunately mine didn't seem too bothered the procedure so he never really "went for it" but it definitely did the job, and he seemed more comfortable but for sure it deflates slowly and becomes escapably loose & more flexible in general

Perfect for Megaesophagus
I ordered both the small and medium in the inflatable grey neck cushions. I have two Cavapoo girls with Megaesophagus and these collars have been been a turning point in reducing night time regurgitation from often to none. Both girls run to me when they see the collars picked up, sit and wait for them to be put on, I am sure they’ve both worked out the benefit of them too and must be comfortable as there is no resistance to wearing them. They are easy to put on and take off by the Velcro strap, there are also loops inside the inner part that goes around their neck for collars. There is a zip to remove the soft cover for washing. I won’t use collars indoors and as these neck cushions for me are a life long ongoing need for my girls so they need for strong Velcro was paramount , I’ve found the Velcro to be incredibly strong without the need to even contemplate the back up of collars or buy a different neck cushion 🎉 I did think my 6month old puppy would try and play tug on the strap but she has completely left the girls collars alone. I would definitely recommend these collars if needed for use post surgery or if any sore areas that need to stop access for licking. Winner for us!

Didn’t work for me
This is a good idea as a productIt’s better than having a dog bashing into everything with a coneI found it impossible to blow up and had to wait for my son in law to do it for meMy dog had a sore at the top of her tailThis did not stop her reaching it so I’ve had to order the old fashioned cone

M tiny L massive beware non returnable
A while ago I ordered a Large going off the measurements for my french bulldog. When it arrived it was way too big but I needed one urgently so kept it. I have since ordered a medium thinking that would be adequate but no the size difference between M&L is disproportionate. The L would fit my large German shepherd the M would be more suitable for a cat. I tried to return but the item isn’t eligible for returns apparently. Very disappointed will order from a different seller.

Prevented pups licking their wounds.
Value for money, I ordered 2 as both of my dogs had surgery the same day. It was a very hot day and I didn't want them in the cones that the vets put onBoth my dogs coped really well and couldn't reach / luckily their wounds.I can recommend this product.

Product sizing not very clear, uncomfortable inflatable cushion, KVP cone is better
The measurements listed on the webpage for this collar are not entirely clear. e.g., for the Small size, it says the diameter is 23cm and the circumference is 34.2cm, which is mathematically impossible. Because of this, I bought two sizes (Small and Extra Small) to see which one would fit my adult cat. Each collar comes with an inflatable plastic cushion, which is inserted into a soft fabric cover. The cover can be adjusted by loosening or tightening a piece of velcro.I measured the dimensions of each, and summarise them here:The inner diameter is the neckhole, and the outer diameter is how wide the thing is.Extra small inflatable cushion: inner diameter = 2.5cm, outer diameter = 16cmExtra small fabric cover: inner diameter = 3-5cm, outer diameter = 15-18cm (depends on adjustment)Small inflatable cushion: inner diameter = 4cm, outer diameter = 22cmSmall fabric cover: inner diameter = 5-8cm, outer diameter = 23-25cm (depends on adjustment)The inflatable plastic cushion is the limiting factor for your pet's neck. The cushion's inner hole is encircled by an inflexible seam in the plastic. The Extra Small and Small sizes have neck diameters of 2.5cm and 4cm respectively. The Extra Small was too small for my cat. The Small technically fit her but looked uncomfortable, and I had trouble fitting two fingers between her neck and the collar, probably because of the inflexible plastic seam, so I was not happy with that solution.I tried replacing the cushion with some stuffing. I think this was a better solution than using the inflatable, because it meant that there was no longer the inflexible plastic seam poking her in the neck. However, my cat still wasn't happy with the inflatable collar, probably because it was forcing her head into a fixed position relative to her torso.I think the Extra Small size is very much unsuitable for adult cats (unless you have an incredibly small cat).I decided not to proceed with this collar in the end, because I could tell it would just make my cat unhappy. We've had much more success with another product called "KVP EZ Soft Pet Cloth Recovery Collar" (XS size) which she has been wearing successfully for a few months (we purchased two, so that we can swap them over when one needs cleaning).

Works really well
Works really well, and is much more pleasant for my dog than a plastic cone. Great value for money as the product is durable, flexible and the Velcro is pretty strong. My dog is unable to reach her wound whilst she is wearing this and so it definitely does the job.
