Easy to use!
It’s so easy to use. Just had to reach out to natural cycles for them to update my account as the thermometer that Amazon sells is like gen 1 and doesn’t use Bluetooth.

Incredible way to Learn about your body
I never fully understood my cycle and was really nervous to go off the mirena but once I started tracking with my IUD in place I was able to see a swing in my temperature during ovulation which blow my mind! I was holding 97+ degrees not on my period but when my period was about the hit my body help 96+degrees! Honestly I was so so fascinated by this app and the thermometer. The thermometer is a just a standard thermometer no Bluetooth or syncing so you could just use your own thermometer, because either way you have to type in your temperature for the day.

Okay product
The pregnancy tests and ovulation tests work but the app is sub par.

Accurate ovulation tracker based on waking temperature — Now works with some Apple Watches
I’ve used this app for years, because I got tired of taking hormonal birth control. It is very accurate, within a couple days. During those days, you are recommended to abstain from sex, or use another method of birth control. It also works for people who are trying to get pregnant. You can choose your goals when registering and setting up the app. It is the ONLY birth control app cleared by the FDA as a medical device. How it works, is you take your temperature each morning at around the same time. You have to do it within a couple minutes, before getting up. Otherwise it will be inaccurate. If you have too much variation in the time you wake up and take your temperature, this can cause less accurate readings. The app will still work, but it will give you less “safe sex” days, because it may not be able to determine your accurate ovulation date. Then you input the temp in the app each day. You also record which days you have your period and have sex. You can optionally use ovulation tests. This company sells them on their website, or you can buy a HUGE pack pretty cheap on Amazon through other sellers. This will make your results even more accurate. The app also gives you an estimate of upcoming period days. This way you can plan ahead if you’re going on vacation, camping, or just need to know ahead of time. This app takes a few months to become accurate and adjust to your cycle and body’s patterns. Just dutifully input your data, and be patient with it. The wait is worth it.So I bought a new Apple Watch that tracks body temperature. Apple Watch Series 8 onwards, as well as Apple Watch Ultra have this feature. It even has a feature built in to the health iPhone app to track ovulation, periods, and safe sex days. So I did not use Natural Cycles for awhile due to this. But starting September 19, Natural Cycles’ newest app update DOES sync with Apple Watch temperature data. This is a HUGE plus, because it means you don’t have to wake up at the same time every day, and remember to take your temperature, and input it in the app manually. We have yet to see if Natural Cycles is more accurate than the built in Apple Watch one. I would say it will be, so I’m going to give it a try.Natural Cycles also now works with Oura Ring and has been for awhile. But using an Oura Ring requires a monthly subscription fee, so I was not interested in that. Investing in their bluetooth thermometer may be another good option if you don’t use an Apple Watch. It is really nice to not have to manually input temperatures each day.

Not Worth It
This is absolutely not worth the money or time. The thermometer is a regular thermometer and doesn't store the information or automatically send it to the app or anything. You also have to pay for the app which is ridiculous and it doesn't come with the ovulation or pregnancy test that says it's included. You're basically getting an expensive thermometer.

No pregnancy tests or ovulation strips included
While the box and product description specify that this includes pregnancy tests and ovulation strips, none were included in the box I received. $80 for a thermometer and an app subscription feels very expensive without those tests. Will be returning.

It's ok
I found another app that is free, this one you have to pay to use it. I got 6 month free but ground Premom after and their thermometer can link with the app and for the LH tests lets you add photos. Look around and see if this is right for you or check out Premoms stuff.

A game changer!!
I’m the type of person who likes data, so I really appreciate the science of this. I went into it with an understanding that the predictions likely won’t be perfect, but that it’s going to be the best guesstimate that I could have. The Lh tests are really useful for narrowing down your fertile window, whether you’re trying to conceive or avoiding it. I’m currently ttc and love seeing how my temp changes throughout my cycle. It’s made it very easy to predict ovulation and it’s been very accurate for me as I actually feel when I ovulate each month! Even the period predictions have been spot on.Worth adding that I am using this in conjunction with my Oura ring which monitors my temperature automatically each night. This makes everything far more simple than taking your temp manually each morning.Lastly this is a great value as I was previously paying nearly $15/month for a membership. This saves you a lot of money for 6 months in addition to coming with bonuses like the tests and thermometer!
