Oster Digital Air Fryer Oven with RapidCrisp, Stainless Steel, 12-Function Countertop Oven with Convection

It saves me lots of money because I have very little use for my kitchen electric stove’s oven now. I have been using it for over a year now. I do use a separate timer because one beep or three does not do it for this old man and adjust the temperature as needed. The air fryer feature works well. I like being able to see what is going on cooking while using the air fryer. Love that it can hold a large pizza or a good-sized casserole pot.

This product looks great. It's easy to use, set cooking times, and temperature. It has so many functions aside from air fryer. Broil, Bake, Toast, Dehydrate, among others. It cooks food evenly and well. It's easy to clean. I suggest putting a piece of tin foil under the catch plate for even easier cleanup. I love this air fryer. Great value for the cash. It even has a light inside. Great looking product, looks great the kitchen.

Ordered this to replace another brand of air fryer/toaster oven that died after 9 months. So far, after 4 days, this oven is working as expected. I did have to make adjustments to the time and temperature when making toast, and I lower the temp when air frying. Using the oven for various tasks is very easy and pretty much intuitive. So far, I’ve made toast, lamb chops, chicken wings, chicken parm, meatloaf with baked potatoes, and roasted veggies. The longest the oven has run is 45 minutes at 350, then 10 mins at 425 and none of the outside surfaces got too extremely hot. When on Air Fry, this oven is a bit noisier than my other oven. It’s not bad, but you can definitely tell it’s on. The oven doesn’t get overly hot when it’s working, but I have it set on a heat-resistant counter protecter and I have another protecter placed behind the oven to protect the wall. I also wrapped the wire in several layers of aluminum foil to protect it from any heat from the back. It’s easy to clean the inside. I wipe it down with a mix of water, white vinegar, and a little bit of Dawn dishwashing soap. I wash the air fry basket and oven rack by hand, and I covered the baking pan with foil to protect it and make clean up easier. My only complaints (and these are not really complaints, more like mild annoyances) are that 1) the crumb tray is just slightly wider than a regular size piece of aluminum foil, so if you want to completely line the tray, you need two pieces of foil. And, 2) the rack has a tendency to pitch forward if you pull it too far out of the oven, so you need to be mindful of that when checking food temps, etc., while cooking. So…so far, so good. I did purchase the optional warranty, just in case this one dies after a while. Thankfully, I had that on the other oven. Fingers crossed I won’t need it on this one.

I’ve owned this oven for about a year. I wanted to use it for a while before I wrote a review. After a week, the interior light of my first oven broke, so I got a replacement. That made me worried, but the second one has been working fine. I immediately noticed the oven was hotter than it should have been because my food burned quickly. So what I usually do is to set the temperature to one setting below the suggested temperature. If it’s 400F, I put it to 375F, and it works fine. The oven has 12 cooking modes with preset temperatures/times. You can adjust them, but the temperature moves every 25 degrees up or down. You can’t set the temperature precisely, which was a disappointment. Also, the lowest cooking temperature is 250F. Dehydrate/Keep warm modes have lower settings, but you have no setting option between 200F and 250F. Air Fry mode works excellently. It cooks food fast, and the interior light is very helpful for checking the cooking progress. Overall, it’s a good Air Fryer/Oven, but if you want to control it precisely, you may want to get a different oven.

This is an excellent alternative to the large Gas. oven. The sound of the air fryer is about the same sound as a dishwasher. Our dishwashers about 45 dB, so is this oven. 45 DB is about the sound of someone talking normally. I used a digital laser thermometer to verify the output temperature and the oven temperature. The temperature of the oven is stable and even. The temperature of the output got the cabinet about a 125ﾟ. So I will not use under my cabinets. I am currently making a cheesecake in the oven and it's working fine. If you want to leave it plugged in I would suggest a surge protector. In my younger years I used to repair consumer electronics. Is the most common Issue for digital devices was surges that would blow out part of the electronic circuit. I can see with lightning danced around the circuit board. Save yourself the hassle, get a surge suppressor

Fácil de usar, trae varias funciones y cada una trae pre-programados los grados y el tiempo pero se puede ajustar al gusto. Viene en grados Farenheit así que imprimí una tablita de equivalencia a Celsius para guiarme en ciertas recetas sobre todo de panadería que deben ser más exactos. Ya hice papás francesas naturales y de las congeladas y salen muy bien; también croquetas de papá con queso (se me doraron un poquito, es cuestión de vigilar los tiempos) Somos 5 en casa y este tamaño nos queda muy bien para las cantidades que se cocinan. No lo he probado para hornear panes ni pizza pero ya le contaré. Solo puse a calentar una torta en la opción TOAST y quedo crujiente.

Es bastante grande, si cabe un pollo entero, muy buenas funciones, superó las expectativas, eso so es muy espaciosos, práctico y funcional, no vi diferencia en el consumo de la luz y la uso diario. Funciona muy bien, es cuestión de acostumbrarse a sus funciones

Me encantó ahorrador de energía y no se sobrecalienta, estoy pensando en comprar otro más!!!

Es un pequeño horno en toda la extensión de la palabra, genial como auxiliar al cocinar para dos personas sin necesidad de usar el horno grande. Además sus funciones facilitan el trabajo.

Lo usé ayer ( 19/05/2021) para deshidratar epazote y dorar pan, todo muy bien muy rico y rápido. Como dicen en los comentarios, se hace un poco ondeado el plástico de la puerta, hace ruido, pero calienta rapidísimo, sobre todo es verdad que no cambia de Farenheit a Centígrados como dice el instructivo. Pero sí tiene marcada la C, yo creo que el instructivo está mal y se debe cambiar de otra forma, al respecto no tengo problemas y por eso, a pesar de ello lo compré. Es muy alto para lo que le cabe, pero nosotros somos 3 así que tampoco tengo problemas con ello. Lean bien lo que sé describe para ver si es lo que requieren. Ya después actualizo la reseña a ver qué tal. 03/07/23 Sigue funcionando de maravilla. Es algo difícil de lavar, pero lo amo, y lo uso casi diario. 😍😍😍 cambió a 5 estrellas.
