Leaking
As a licensed plumber I would not purchase this item. Leaking internally. Update: I gave the item a second chance, I ordered a new one , it arrived, I installed it. After plugging it in smoke came out of the flow switch and the motor made a grinding noise. In my opinion this is a poorly produced item.

Use a check valve on output.
Installed this after my whole house filters to boost supply pressure. Every shower now has good pressure. You must install a check valve after the flow switch or else the pump will turn on and off continuously even when there is no water flowing.

Weird fitting sizes
Used PVC, this may be my problem. * 3/4 NTP would not connect, had to use hose connectors (which in PVC are all 1/2in). * Was unable to connect 1" NTP to 1" connectors on pump. * Pump is a bit loud and makes a high pitched wine, but works well.

Disappointed
First off the pump says 3/4 inch fittings which matches the water lines I'm trying to pump however the flow sensor converts to half inch. No biggie bought an adapter. It wouldn't stop leaking on one side with just Teflon tape. Had to use putty too. I'm assuming the pitch was off on the threads. The instructions say not to run it more than 45 minutes straight so I reduced my timer to 30 minutes. The pump burnt up in 15 min! I heard the pump kick on. It isn't too loud but is noticeable. After about 15 min of running it started screaming like a banshee from hell. It was extremely hot to the touch. Maybe I just got a bad pump. Maybe the seller will send me a replacement. If so I'll let everyone know but as of now I'd pass on this pump when looking for a pump.

Burned out in 5 months
I installed the product per US plumbing and building codes, and the unit did as it claimed. It did raise my water pressure, and it saved water because the shower heated up faster. Until that is, about 5 months into ownership, while running my dishwasher, and acrid burning smell hit me. As I'm franticly searching for what's burning, the smoke detectors go off. I open the room with my water heater and pump, and there it is, fixed to the wall spitting smoke and still trying to run anyhow. No thermal breaker. No internal safetied. I do not recommend this product for unsupervised use.

Remove flow restrictors if legal
Remove flow restrictors on faucets/shower heads/wands before installing and/or operating a booster pump. Before doing so check local ordnances.
