Easy to digest. No flavor and easy to dissolve in anything.

The media could not be loaded. This fiber supplement was recommended by our holistic doctor. It’s non GMO and has no sketchy ingredients.You can easily add it to a smoothie or shake. It doesn’t have a taste that we’ve noticed. It mixes well and doesn’t have a weird texture.Most importantly, it helps with digestive health. On my second tub. This is clean and super gentle. It mixes perfectly and no taste. Recommend.

This dissolves well in water but somehow I do taste a hint of something (something not too tasty). I wish they were more flavorable as I am not tempted to take this on a daily basis. I will buy some flavor packs to add to the mix. As far as what it does, it does do what it says - works well for symptoms and those who are on the Low FODMAP diet. I'm just not sure I would buy it again since it is not that enticing. Others may disagree, but for me, just 'eh.

This is an excellent fiber product. It mixes easily and is completely clear and tasteless.

Works great and doesn’t upset my gut. I have Crohn’s and SIBO. I haven’t tried anything else because this works great. Slight flavor but not unpleasant. Mixes well

The pros it’s easy to take as far as texture and taste which is great. In my situation and each individual is different it did not help. I feel more constipated and wish I had done further research based on my needs prior to purchasing as for me price is a factor.
