Amazing!!
Initially, I was a little disappointed as I received an older model by mistake, but Amazon’s customer service was excellent and quickly resolved the issue! Now that I have the Lay‑Z‑Spa Santorini set up, I can confidently say this hot tub is amazing. We chose an inflatable model because our back garden isn’t easily accessible, and I was worried it might feel flimsy, like a paddling pool. However, the Santorini has completely changed my mind it’s incredibly sturdy and feels just like a proper spa.Compared to other hot tubs in our budget, this one is night and day better, with far more features and a premium feel. The built-in LED lighting is stunning at night, and the powerful massage jets create a relaxing spa experience that rivals more expensive models. I also love how easy it is to set up and maintain, with the pump and heating system doing most of the hard work for you. It’s spacious enough for several people to enjoy comfortably, yet compact enough to fit neatly in our garden. The insulated cover and Freeze Shield™ technology give me peace of mind for year-round use, and it heats up surprisingly quickly.I absolutely love it and would highly recommend the Lay‑Z‑Spa Santorini to anyone looking for a high-quality inflatable hot tub with a luxury feel!

Hydro jets make all the difference….
So we have been in many hot tubs (weekends away at log cabins etc..) but never actually owned one. The biggest issue is, its a huge commitment to purchase a ‘proper’ hard version and the blow ups don’t really compare.Proper hot tubs have massaging jets where inflatables just blow air through a ring around the base which causes a splash. We read about this one though and decided whilst dearer than your average inflatable version it had the hydros and was worth a go.Well It is fantastic, and is as close (in that area) as it could be to a £5k hard one. It also has the normal bubbles but they are much noisier and not needed, all of the whirling comes from the hydros (as it does in the hard versions) and is far quieter.Sure it doesn’t have the seats and stuff but it really has been a great addition to the garden and we couldn’t be happier.

Love this
Had an old version a few years ago , which was too small for 4 as advertised, so decided to invest in the Santorini spa , we absolutely love it , great jets, power is good , lid is the only gripe we would have , they are never the best , but the lights are a great feature, we most definitely recommend as an upgrade from the old type of lazy spa, very comfortable with the seats , and ample room for at least 4 adults , love this!!

Replacement for my Vegas.. Amazing.
My old Vegas hot tub had come to the end of its life so this is the replacement.. The hydrojets make such a difference to the overall spa feel. Sometimes I don't even put bubbles on and just use the hydrojets.. very powerfulThe side walls seem a lot better than the old vegas hot tub, they seem a lot more sturdy. The only thing I'm a bit disappointed with is that it lacks a WiFi-connected pump, for a 2021 model it really should be coming with a WiFi pump so you can remotely turn the heater on and off but it's only a small issue!

Excellent
Bought in sale so good value for money. Easy to keep clean, appearance is good looks expensive. Easy to assemble. True to measurements, as in w- d & h, but personally I find 3 adults fit comfortably, 4 if very friendly.

No instructions but we love it
We had to Google how to set it up and used YouTube quite a lot. Once it's up, it's amazing! It's good size for 4, you can get 6 at a real push but comfortably 2 or 4. When there's just us 2, it's pure luxury. It's quite load, but you can have it on different settings so you'll get used to what level works for you. We really like that it has the water jets as these make it feel like a proper hot tub. The main advantage us you can take it down. You'd not be taking it down every weekend, but it's nice to have some flexibility. It's a huge hit, so glad we bought it!

Don’t waste your money
This is the second Lay z spa hot tub I have bought. The First last 3 years, then I got the dreaded E02 message. Googled and then tried every fix without luck. Put it in the skip at work. A couple of years later, at a moment of weakness, I bought the all singing and dancing Santorini model. Top of the range, huge thing. Worked perfectly for a couple of weeks, then the E02 message came on. Again, I tried everything that you are shown by the various experts on YouTube, no luck. I bought a replacement water flow sensor, fitted it, still the E02 message. I spent an hour filling in a form on the Lay z spa website, uploaded pictures, videos etc. Then when I had uploaded the last pictures I noticed that my entire description of what I’d tried had disappeared. There was no way I was tying all of this out again. End of, had enough. Please be warned. Cheers
