I have to know...why can't they be used in moving cars?

I didn’t see that listed but I am assuming it’s for the same reason they consider regular straws dangerous when used in a car. If you hit a bump or are in an accident and a straw happens to be in your mouth or close to your face it can do some very serious damage.

Can these be easily cut to use with shorter boba cups?

The plastic is very stiff - I'm sure they could be cut with a saw of some sort, but would not be easily cut with scissors or a utility knife. I would also be concerned that the cut would not be smooth and make using the straw less enjoyable.

Do these fit through the Ninja Lid of of 24oz blender cup?

Yes they do. That is the reason I bought them

What’s the Temperature range?

I don't know what the temperature range is for the straws is but I used them for cold boba tea. The material is very sturdy and durable so I would expect them to hold up well with hot tea as well although I can't imaging drinking anything hot out of such wide straws...
