This is one of the few supplements I have taken that have ever really helped me do what it says it does. I've had a TBI twice in my life and lived to tell about it, even lived 30 years since the first one and thrived in my professional positions. At 58 I find because of my depression that I can't concentrate as locked in and long as I used to, and I also have short term memory loss. L-Tyrosine is changing some of that. I am MUCH more energetic and focused. It's a joke to say, "I'm no paid spokesperson." If something doesn't work, I review it poorly. When something works, I review it positively. If I sound like you, buy it in a heartbeat.

Overall, this product is pretty good. I do notice an increase in energy, but it's a little shorter than I had hoped. That said, I'd buy it again--still better than drinking too much coffee.

I heard this might help with memory. I think it does help in the moment for a few hours perhaps. It’s difficult to say for sure, but I think my memory is improved while taking these. That’s my subjective opinion. I know this has been researched as well.

This is really great if you have brain fog, adhd or just need to think clear / focus. It’s pretty instantaneous and get better with consistency

It did not work for me but here's the thing... We are not all created the same. I don't think that because I had issues with it that it is a bad option to try. There are lots of good responses here and I believe that they are valid. I got this because it was recommended to me as an alternative to regular medication which I do not tolerate and not surprisingly I had a similar experience with this. It made me anxious and sad and tearful. These are the things I was hoping it would help. Unfortunately I had a very tearful day my 2nd day trying it so it was wasted money for me but honestly if you are looking for a natural option I don't think it's a bad price to pay to see if it works for you which is why I gave 3 stars . I will say that I've also discovered Valarian Root for anxiety and sleep so it isn't a complete loss.
