This company backs their product and the quality is obvious. The lanterns are beautiful and durable. This is the best solar lantern I have ever purchased because the patterns of light reflected on the ground are magical.

This is the most beautiful solar lantern I have ever purchased! It is durable and bright and makes beautiful patterns on the ground at night! I bought 2 and I just ordered 2 additional! It's sturdier than I thought and is a beautiful addition to my patio!

Excellent customer and product support!!!!!
Over a period of a couple of months I purchased several of these lanterns. They really add a beauty to my garden and are basically maintenance free. I recently had a problem with the latest one I purchased and it was just over a month and couldn’t return it. I contacted the seller who referred me to Amazon product support. They provided me with Allsop customer support. I explained the problem I was having with the lantern and without any hassle they sent a replacement. I’m shocked!!! In this day and age I can’t believe there is still a thread of decency. Hats off to Allsop and Amazon for their leadership in customer support

How to get your lantern to work
I've purchased Soji lanterns for years and they've worked beautifully. I just purchased 7 new Allsop Soji lanterns and not one worked. I was getting ready to return all lanterns but knew something wasn't right. I called Allsop and was told that the new lanterns have a clear box that the green battery is in. At the end of the battery is a clear tab and once pulled the lantern works. The rep told me that this was not in the instructions nor on the box. Now I know and the lamps are gorgeous!

Lovely glopw
I have the orange globes hanging on my deck and they cast a lovely glow all night long. I have another globe by this company which is about four years old now and even if it is dimmer due to age, it still lights and works for a few hours. I bring these globes inside when the weather is windy and when the temperatures fall below 32 degrees F. Care for them and these golden globes will last several years.
