A great chair especially for someone that is tall or is "big and tall." Outstanding value for the price. Durability issue.
The chair is brand new and my rating and evaluation all applies to it as a new chair. Time will tell how well it ages. The chair was shipped and arrived promptly. Seller CS followed up several time to insure everything was good.In every way the quality and function of this chair is excellent at any price and a bargain given the actual cost. The directions were easy to understand and assembly was easy. The one thing all buyers need to consider before buying is this is a chair designed for someone that is literally "big and tall" and it's constructed as such. I am 6'4" and 225 pounds. The chair at its lowest height for instance would probably be too high for a short to medium short person. Here are the chairs measurements based upon my using a metal tape measure:Front of seat to chair back: 22 inchesWidth of seat at front widest 24 inchesWidth of mid seat at widest: 25 inchesHeight of back from seat to top: 29 inchesTop of seat height at maximum: 22 inchesTop of seat at minimum height: 19 inchesDistance between inside of armrests: 23.5 inchesWhen assembled the chair operate smoothly and quietly. The quality of the stitching seems excellent. When sitting and moving around in various settings or positions the chair always seems rock stable. The padding on the armrests, (which are not adjustable), is soft and wide coming in at 3 inches at the widest. The only feature missing that I would have liked on this chair is to be able to lock it in a tilt position. (You can only lock it in the upright position.)If you require good or excellent lumbar support the bad news is this chair is lacking. The good news is the chair is so big and sturdy that you can add a quality lumbar back support appliance/pillow and it fits because of the chair having dimensions for big and tall.ADDENDUM EDIT UPDAT THREE MONTHS LATER:All remains as above except it has developed a serious problem. Hence downgrade of five starts to three--for now.One of the screw housings, the upper, that attach the left arm to the the chair back has become stripped/loose/ or disconnected from the arm back. That means the left arm that in part supports the back and supports your arms or helps you get up has simply broken through normal routine use in three months and the arm is has some danger of detaching. Mainly though you can not put any weight on it to get up with confidence from the chain. Plus if such a breakdown has happened on screw attachment housing how long until others will go and chair will cease to be functional?Update March 25, 2017: The arm/screw issue has been mitigated. It seems that with the chair screws in general but particularly the two screws in each of the two arm rest need to be periodically or regularly tighten to keep them Snug. If you do not do that the screw becomes loose which affects the alignment of the arm and that in reaction causes the other screw to become "loose" and the arm becomes very loose. Bottom line just make sure you regularly tighten at the same time BOTH screws in each arm. Tighten to snug---don't crank them so tight to strip.Because of the work around I'm upgrading this chair rating. It is overall an excellent chair

Very nice, but not much lumbar support
This is a very nice chair, especially for the price. It's covered in real leather, it doesn't sink while I sit in it like most lighter-duty chairs do (I weigh 245 lbs.). Parts that are made of plastic on other chairs are metal on this one. I didn't give it five stars because it doesn't really fit me. First, as cushy as it is, it offers no real lumbar support. I have a bad back, so I need to stuff a pillow behind me. Second, let's face it, this chair is made for people with fat butts. I'm big, but not in the rear end. The seat is wide, making the armrests slightly too far apart for me. But if you're broad in the beam and don't need extra support for your lower back, this is the nicest chair you can get for less than $200. Very easy to assemble with clear directions and included allen wrench. By the way, I discovered a little button not mentioned in the directions or the description. It's on the under-seat bracket. If you push it in, the seat will tilt back. Let it pop out, and the seat is locked upright.Note: I've been asked about the button that allows the chair to recline. In the photo, it's right behind the hinge pin under the seat. It's on your left side when you're sitting. Apparently, the button is a new feature and isn't on older chairs. I will add a better photo showing the button.

Watch out for the third one! 😳
I bought three of these for my family. First the good news. If you are really big this chair is a tank. Hard to imagine clobbering this chair if you are a professional chair destroyer. If crushing office chairs were an Olympic sport I’d be a gold medalist. The lumbar support is so-so that’s probably the biggest drawback. Now for the not so good part. Each one of the three chairs arrived as if they were dropped out of a helicopter. The first two amazingly assembled easily. The 3rd one I went to battle with and eventually got it together. If you get it and it’s in one piece and actually assembles you should be pleased overall.

Producto de buena calidad pero con raspadura en la parte superior del respaldo
Muy cómodo, pero el producto fue entregado con un ligero golpe en la pate superior izquierda seguramente por las pésimas condiciones del empaque al momento de la entrega por los transportistas.
