I bought this because TDS in my home it is 1500 and heard that kent is good for hight tds hard water as well and also it has 4 yr service free,so it works well after installation even for high TDS. Technician has set it to around 150 since it purifies max 90% of TDS ,so water tastes is ok. Water rejection is not too much so it is quite efficient. The only thing I did not like is sedement/pre-filter is not provided so I had to purchase it from installer who charged 1200 Rs, which is more than market price. overall product is good.

Product is value for money. Installation servicing quality of material and water delivery is very good. No defect till now during Use

The media could not be loaded. Product is not working, When installation engineer visited for installation filter starts with beep sound and one small red light illuminates but not working at all. Then the installation engineer asked to replace or return the item

The product got delivered on time. But the Kent service didn't contacted me after 48hrs of delivery of three product. When I have contacted Amazon they said you have contact direct to kent service. When I have contacted 1st time they canceled my request. Again I have contacted Amazon they told me to contact kent. After logging 2nd call engineer came after 10days. The engineer who came for installation he fix kent water filter.. but in the evening it stopped working. When I called the engineer he came on the next day n did the troubleshooting by hitting the box and it started working. Again in the evening it got stopped. After 4th call engineer told me he will come once he will be free. He just came n removed the pump n inserted once again, said it's new product n there's no fault in that only its stock.so he just reinsert and he didn't replaced the part as it stated working. He told me I have to monitor 48hrs if any issue persist call me ... To resolve the issue from delivery to installation everything took 22days.Amazon should have test the products before selling. Also the service provider should contact to the customer next 48hr..customer shouldn't reach to the vendor for installation..It was a poor service from Amazon n Kent ..

a branded water purifier like kent is worth the money thanks to social recognition because water consumption is subject to validation by its users..installation service is also very efficient and technicians are prompt..product is cheaper here than offline market by almost 20 to 30%..pre-filter of 1200rs has to be paid extra..switch-ON light is needed so that you know when its purifying water

Not good for ground water even if you attach additional filters to this , filter should be high quality .for this price this is okay
