The Product not properly designed. While climbing stairs, 40 to 125 kg is not at all fit. Pulling force require more due to that, extended handle come out and all the material falling on the stairs. Without extended handle pulling not possible on the stairs. I tried to return the material. However, return not possible. Lot climbing stepping sound coming while pulling the material on the staircase. That sound feels like breaking or falling of the material possibility feeling is there. Overall, not right product for staircase as per my knowledge.

Heavy duty and much more sturdier than other trolleys. But that also makes it heavy and difficult to pull up stairs. On level ground, its fine.Price a bit on the higher side too.These apart, its sturdy enough to load up a full LPG cylinder.

This trolley is what I've been looking for. It can be used for transporting anything from a fridge or a washing machine and even sacks of - for example fertilizer. Make sure that you do not exceed the weight limit of 200 Kg. This appears to be a very well made and strong.

The Steel frame is heavy and makes this product difficulty pull up the stairs with the load. When loaded the trolley gives vibrations on impact with the stairs and this may damage electronic machines which are indeed to move upward. It requires three or four people to safely use the trolley. These four people can safely move the machinery without using the trolley.

The handle locking looks dangerously simple and fragile. Imagine the handle coming off when pulling a 100 kg load up the stairs !The ergonomics of the holding point is also very complex. I could not hold the equipment by the handles given. A padding on the upper portion of the structural tube was better to hold when pulling load up the stairs.Noise the 3 wheels rotary structure makes when climbing the stairs is very very loud. Some damping in the bearing surface would’ve not disturbed my neighbours when I was using the equipment.Also the design is severely flawed as there is no safety system for an accidental function reversal, i.e when the trolley starts to roll down the stairs because for balance loss. .Overall a very very rough piece of equipment for a brand like Stanley. I had imagined a more engineered , refined equipment from Stanley. A huge disappointment.

One side wheels fitted perfectly but other side it is very tiring to rub the pipe to remove the paint for fixing the wheels. We have 4" wide staircase but it is very difficult to negotiate turning the ladder. It makes thudding sound while going down, difficult and heavy for lifting on staircase. Totally it is not good for households, good for labourers.

The product was purchased keeping my requirement to make movement through the stairs of my warehouse. It's just very impractical to buy because forget the payload capacity, this trolley itself weighs 15kg, not too sturdy, too heavy to lift with something on it. Also the whole building shakes when going up or down the stairs. Please don't buy it if you want to use it for stairs. Rather install a hydraulic lift if possible.
