Lasted until the warranty ran out. 😖
Not even two years old and I can already feel the springs when I lay on it.

Bad Quality
Unbelievably bad quality or should I say; has no quality at all. We’ve purchase the mattress six month ago and it started dipping on one side and peaking on the other.PS, wife and I weights 165lbs and 139lbs.

disappointed after a year
Initially the mattress was fine, nice and firm. as I like it. After a year, you could see exactly where I sleep, my body outline (not in chalk, tho). I had a strong person turn it around, to place the firm part of the mattress where I sleep. (because of the pillow top it can't just be flipped)Another year later, the same thing .. obvious body outline. That would be fine if t weren't so uncomfortable, and cause back ache ... a few weeks ago my back was so bad I could hardly get out of bed. I try to move to the middle of the bed to achieve some measure of comfort but a) it doesn't work and b) I shouldn't have to. The mattress should still be firm.My prior mattress I had for 18 years with no problem. This is very disappointing and I don't know what to do. This isn't what I thought "Response Performance" meant.

So firm!!!
We bought this a year ago. It was SO firm. Way too firm for us to begin with. When we went to exchange, prices for comparable but softer mattresses had doubled so we just kept it. It has softened up over time but still very supportive. We sleep great in it. Had a chemical smell that faded very quickly. Can't beat the return/exchange policy with Amazon, even on mattresses. They were going to come pick it up if we needed them to. Very nice!

Great mattress!
I have often bought just any old mattress. I figure that they don't last forever and with two adults (and we are both not tiny people) sleeping on them every night, they need replaced after about 7 years. I don't always do that, instead just living with the dents and discomfort until I finally get sick of it and then I start looking for sales. So over the years I have gotten lucky and not so lucky with department store sale items. This was definately an upgrade from what I usually get. The pillow top is very nice but still cool even in my non-air-conditioned room. But it offers enough support that I don't feel like I am sinking into a cloud. I had a foam one once where it seemed nice for a while, but really didn't last as long as the coil ones.It wasn't super heavy to move, either. It came in a heavy plastic bag, not folded or anything like some mail-order mattresses. I liked that. My shipping bad did have a little tear in it and the mattress got a dirt spot there (it looked like the bag got caught on a sliding door of a truck somewhere) but luckily it was just a small area and it was just surface dirt that wiped right off. This is only the mattress, not a box spring set. Many people have platform beds that don't need foundations. I just kept my old one. I know that mattress salesmen would not like that and want to sell me new stuff, but mine isn't that old, it looks fine, I kept it. I usually buy new ones of those every other time I buy a mattress. I am not saying I am correct in doing that, just telling what I do! Don't yell at me! ha ha This one doesn't flip (with the pillowtop and all) and I don't know if turning it makes that much difference, so I haven't yet. There are two people in mine, so rotating won't be as dramatic as one person on one side. Still I guess your upper body is heavier than where your knees and feet are, so I may do it once a year (if I remember!)Overall, it is very nice. It feels supportive all over, even in the middle of your body, not just the lighter parts like your head or feet. And it isn't too firm, which I used to like, but found my back actually feels better with a little more give. I don't think there is a one-type-fits-all mattress, some people just do better with firmer or softer, but his is a very nice compromise. Both my husband and I really have enjoyed it so far and haven't experienced any discomfort sleeping on it.

Do not purchase!
Too soft, was advertised as firm and that was the biggest lie on the internet. Never again, go to a mattress store and save yourself some trouble.
