Broke but fixes
Caught a 3lb catfish and the fishing rod broke. I have used this fishing rod twice and this is unacceptable, However once I contacted the seller, they immediately sent out a replacement and any issues with replacement to contact them. They definitely made it right. Looking to purchase one for my wife. Thank you for making this right.

Good pole
I got this for the ease of taking it with you particularly backpacking and on my paddleboard. The line it comes with is trash but the pole and reel really aren't bad at all.

Good customer service
Product as described, very durable and easy to use. Compact with durable carrying case. Great for travel and easy transportation. Have already used two times, testing up to 5 lbs. Hope to catch larger ones with the pole too! Would buy again- already have recommended to friends.Edit: after second time, pole snapped. replacement pole arrived and eyelets on rod are crooked. Customer service very responsive and sent new pole.

Bought this fishing rod/reel while on sale and am totally pleased with it's performance. Seems to hold up well given that i always rinse it clean after use.

Pole broke on first outing. Talked to customer service and they are sending me another pole due to arrive in a few days! Couldn’t be happier

Disappointed with quality
Kit was nice with accesories, and Reel was ok for the price - but after 3 seperate days in use- the tip of the pole cracked in half. Had to cut it off, re-glue everything in place and shorten the top eye. Too much trouble to return everything.

Cheap
Satisfied by the design caught snag from a fish going around structure never had that be done to me that way normally the line would just break or the tip would possibly gets destroyed this is cut in half right down the middle only had for a month or 2 used probably total of 20 times.
