My daughter loves it, and now she actually hangs things up voluntarily, which I didn’t think was legally possible for a teenager.Highly recommend — just beware: you may end up ordering a second one "for the house" but really for your own room.

Product was delivered with a damaged piece. I followed the instructions and emailed the seller. They responded back within about 2 hours and gave me several options. I emailed back with some questions and again they responded back right away. They satisfied me with the remedy I was wanting and made me a very happy customer.As for the rack. I bought this back in January and I’m finally getting around to redoing my bedroom, which is what I bought it for.I just opened the box and one of the metal sides is missing so I can’t build it. The quality actually feels nice and wish I had all the parts.My return window closed, and I’m rating this low as I expect all the pieces to be there.

I am so so happy with this purchase. I initially purchased a different still trendy yet lower grade double rod clothing rack & the quality was no where near as beautiful nor sturdy as this beauty right here. This clothing rack is larger than I expected in person but this is good because it assures me that the hangers won't interfere with each other. Also, this was so easy to assemble I let my 8 year old son put it together fore as he's good with his hands & cuz he's trying to prove his place as man of the house, which I adore. I secretly tightened all bolts to ensure safety. My kids love it too cuz the play underneath my clothes as though we're at the mall. It's so sturdy that even my 10 year old & 5 year old girls both hung from it like monkey bars once I tightened all the bolts. All in all, I LOVE THIS RACK & I'd buy another if I had space for it. My next project is to upgrade to all gold hangers.
