Nothing Better
Put these in a pair of hiking boots and you will think you are wearing sneakers. I have tried many different types of insoles and these are superior. The last pair I bought are still in use from eight, that's 8, years ago. They are durable supportive and simply make my feet feel great.

Very Comfortable
I am always on the hunt for a good after market insole. I feel that they can give you the capability to spend more time on your feet and in your shoes. Therefore you can be more productive. That's the whole point behind aftermarket insoles, right, comfort? These insoles are very comfortable, and are easy to trim to size. I feel that they absorb a lot of the impact from walking and running. I have a bad back (2 lower back surgeries), and I feel that these insoles do a much better job at insulating my back. As opposed to the impact protection of the original insoles that came with the shoes. I also buy them for my son and daughter-in-law. My son is a post man and my daughter-in-law works at a hospital. They are both on their feet all day and they are very fond of these insoles as well. I would say that these are a solid recommend.

Extremely useful if you need arch support
I've used these things in most shoes for more than a decade now. They don't work in every shoe. Originally I had some in a pair of Brooks running shoes, but they added more arch support so these feel horrible in the GTS XX I currently own. So I put them in my workboots, which instantly helped with calf & ankle pain from standing on concrete all day. Right now I have some in my slip on tennis shoes that I got for walking on a treadmill while working at my desk since my career changed. They're an old set, but still leagues better than the garbage that came in the shoe. They are a little thicker than insoles typically packed in with new shoes, so make sure you have a little breathing room or else they make an already tight fit too tight. And I don't like the gel hump in the heel out of the box: it's better once it's worn down a little because it's honestly too much at first. I didn't buy them for the cushioning necessarily: I mostly just need the arch support on flatter shoes. Because of that, these have always lasted me just as long as a good pair of shoes lasts me usually. So if you need better arch support and have a little bit of breathing room in your shoe already, try them. They'll likely help.

Eeeehhhh... they're alright,
Mmmmmmm... I've had these in a couple of weeks now, and have to replace them. You'd think they would mold to your feet, but they really don't...now I'm having minor pain. Need to find a better, more comfortable pair for hiking. I wish SALOMAN had replacement insoles on AMAZON... the original were great.

Comfortable and long lasting!
This is the second pair of these I've owned. I bought the first pair to go in a new pair of Solomon hiking boots. I wore that pair with the insoles for 7 years, and the insoles outlasted the boots. I just bought a new pair of Solomon boots and figures the setup worked so well the first time, I might as well do it again. These are comfortable and supportive. And the 11 to 12.5 size drops perfectly into Solomon 11.5 boots with no cutting or trimming. I can tell you that I have walked 20 miles at a stretch and my feet did not get sore. Everything else did, but not my feet. Love these insoles! A bit pricey, but worth it.

for the price, these are the best insoles
forget Dr scholl's or walmart's brands! these are the best insoles under $50 that I've found. The only problem will be finding them. Amazon is often out of them, but Dick's usually has them if it's not the holiday shopping season. I use them daily and they're super comfy. They're also durable (mine have been submerged several times playing disc golf) and don't mold and are as good as new 3 years later except for a little fading.

Seems nice... until you try to run
They seem nice... until you actually run with them. Dud a 1/4 mile warm-up lap after having them a fee weeks, and the "performance " air in the heel bruised my heel. Hurts to walk as a result. Completely defeats the purpose of getting new insoles if there hurt you. I will never buy again
