So. Our old poop bag kinda fell apart. So it was time. I wanted something more durable than the cheap plastic ones. It needed to not pop open. It needed to be easy to load. It needed to be simple to swap out to another leash.Yeah, I AM asking a lot from a dog poop bag holder, but I am an American dammit and we expect the best - if we landed a man on the moon, is a poop bag holder that doesn't suck too much to ask for?That question is answered with this poop bag holder. It zips up. The rubber bag iris is solid plastic that will hold up to use. The bag is well stitched. I holds not one but TWO poop bags. I might have two little Westies and you might think they don't poop but man, they can poop. No such thing as too many bags.I like the velcro tabs that attach the bag to the leash. The tabs are generous and hold the low profile bag close to the leash. Zero drag when you are running towards danger, baby. I like how it doesn't hang and bump...all in all, very streamlined, very compact. The bag DOES feature a plastic d-ring if you really want to eschew the tactical aspects and stealth profile of this bag. I guess you could use it to hold keys or something if you must.All in all it was an awesome purchase. It is definitely Doc Martin approved.

The media could not be loaded.  This bag holder attaches easily and I am a fan of the velcro strip design that keeps it tethered directly to the leash and out of the way. The included roll of green bags are thin and I found I needed to exercise caution when using them or literally risk having a mess on my hands. I typically use AmazonBasics Dog Waste Bags and they fit nicely/work well in this holder.Within a day of receiving this product I received an email from the owner along with an attachment called "7 Tuff Tips". This was a nice touch and I've uploaded images of these documents. In the email the owner invited feedback so I mentioned my observation on the delicacy of the included roll of bags. He responded quickly and wrote, "We know that those waste bags are cheap, and they do not reflect our brand quality. We will be replacing those with better quality bags very soon."Great product - great customer service. I paid $12.99 for this item in March of 2016. Shipping was free with Amazon Prime.

Fell apart in less than 6 months. I like the size of this dispenser, the neutral colors, and will say that it stays put on the leash perfectly- never shifted, slid, or flipped. However, the material is the thin, stretchy nylon. While it held up fine to the elements, it could not withstand more than a few months of tugging bags through the hole without tearing all around the hole. This is NOT worth $13 being that you’ll have to keep replacing. Replaced with a Paw Lifestyles one- it’s a little bigger than I prefer (for those of you who like to keep a backup roll, keys, or treats, there’s plenty of room- I like it to just fit 1 roll so prefer the size of the TuffMutt), but the material is a much thicker canvas and seems like it will hold up better to everyday use. Skip this one- not worth it- try the PL one for $3 less.

I’ve had this for 4 years (two dispensers in total), and they need tweaking.This style of bag dispensers should ALL include carabiners. You can MacGyver the Velcro in some ridiculous fashion, but it’s no substitute for what’s actually supposed to be attached to that D-ring... and it’s not your keys.The rubber cross slit will break. They’ll tear, come unstitched, and it won’t take long for it to happen. Even with just one dog, 3 poops a day, my first one disintegrated in well under a year. I tried to save it, but she was a goner. I replied to the sellers “how is your tuff mutt leash bag?” email, (that I oddly saved) with a, “not good, man”.. and was sent a replacement. The replacement rubber dispenser held a little longer and didn’t blow out as severely. I was able to stitch it back to life, far superior to what I was sold; I’m no seamstress, but a double stitch is just common sense on something you want “tuff”.Besides those two problems, it’s been fine. Never a problem with the zipper. The fabric has held. Great customer service.The soft, fully attached bag holders are definitely the way to go. This may not be perfect, but it’s far better than most.

This bag holder is very sturdy so far. It feels well-made and, as the name implies, tough. We've gone through countless cheap plastic/rubber bag holders and they all broke in some way: Snapped straps, weak glue, broken caps, and so on. This is the first one I've had any confidence in past the first few days of use. I've been using it about two weeks now and have no complaints, just praise. It's well worth the price, and it's not that much more than the last couple weak bag holders we've bought at pet stores.It may be made for a typical fixed leash but it fits my retractable leash quite well. It's very convenient to have the bags attached to the leash rather than trying to carry them in a pocket and you can't accidentally forget them either. It holds large rolls of bags and there is enough tension in the dispenser that it is easy to operate one handed. It's easy to get the rolls in, feeding the first one through isn't difficult but takes a tiny bit of effort. Zero regrets, I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.EDIT: Now over a year later and this holder is still in near perfect condition and showing no signs of stopping. We've gone through a couple retractable leashes in that time and the tuff mutt holder keeps on going!

Hole was too small making it difficult to pull bags out without tearing. Material cracked after about 6 months of daily use. Trying a different brand, that was also less money now. It functions better, but time will tell if more durable.

I like how the bag holder sits flat on the leash. Concept is good, however the bags that came with the holder are ALL defective, and tore as they were being removed from the bag holder. I thought that it could be the notched hole that the bags were being pulled from, however, it just seems to be the bags themselves.

This is the best poop holder I have ever tried. It fits 2 rolls inside and the bag dispenses from the side very easily. The zip compartment is generous without being overly big. I absolutely LOVE this item.

Finally. A dog bag pouch that delivers. Hangs snug to the leash, dispenses a bag (without the whole roll unravelling out (like the pouch I’m replacing) and looks good and relatively discreet. Meets expectations and then some.

The velcro is coming off and I've used it for only a month and one of the seems has a hole in it.
