Nutrisystem® Body Select™ Belly Buster Weight Loss Kit 5 Day: SmartCarb Nutrition

This is a sample kit of what you can get from Nutrisystems. The weight loss program does work. But there are some things to be aware of.The food is OK but not great and comes in very small portions. I'm about 15 lbs overweight but normally I would eat 5 to 8 times bigger portions than what comes in this program. Thus, you will feel hungry and you have to fill those cravings with vegetables and fruits until you get used to the new normal.Overall this makes it easier to follow a diet plan and it does work.No refrigeration is needed for this food.

Nutrisystem works and is a good product. Bought these because I broke my ankle and did not need to slowly expand while I park it on the couch for the next 8 weeks. But this particular offering "Belly Buster" is not my favorite so far. I've tried the Red Starter Kit (Good!); the Slim Balance (Good!); the Power Lean (Good minus); and this one (Belly Buster - meh to icky). The breakfasts in this offering are good. The White Bean & Chicken lunch is very spicy. I'm not a fan of spicy. Had to water it down. The Edamame & Chicken power bowl sounded fabulous, but it was absolutely disgusting. My husband ate it (but he will eat most things). I just had a Power Shake instead. Obviously flavor profiles will vary, but I would not order the Belly Buster again. All the dinners save one are chicken and so far 2 of the 10 lunches and dinners are a hard pass. Overall it is still a great product. Just be sure to purchase the shakes (I prefer the Atkins Protein Plus shakes, cheaper, ready made and 30 grams of protein - 11 oz that fill you up) just in case a meal is not to your liking. I have been using this more 3 weeks and already lost 7lbs. I have followed the. Instructions thoroughly by adding exercise, water and extras healthy foods.

Tried this product. Years ago and did not like it. Tried it again recently and it still tasts like crap. Gave the box to a homeless guy who stays not far from me. He didn't like it either

I rated this four stars simply because this is a similar price to other Nutrisystem boxes but this one doesn't have the snack included.

Had little flavor. Needs some spices. Was still hungry, could of just made smaller portions myself with food thats taste good.

I started using the Nutrisystem meals June 15...... have lost 35 pounds!!

The taste and look of the meals are dreadful, awful!!! Nothing like the television visuals. The breakfast selection of cereals and bars are OK, I guess, but haven't gotten to them because am so disappointed in the lunch/dinner offerings. Cereal is cereal and meal bars are meal bars and their taste is universal.This is an expensive and awful-tasting offering and loudly advise, "....don't waste your money." Awful stuff, crap!
