This is the best dish soap on the market! It is quickly dissolves food residue and makes dishwashing much less if a chore! Love it!

I love this soap and have been using it for years. I am a highly sensitive person with chemical allergies. (Almond & Grapefruit are the subtle and safe scents for me.)A bulk or large refill amount is a needed and wonderful idea! The packaging is terrible. The “regular” bottle is about half the size of a typical single bottle one would buy in the store or individually. It seems unnecessary or redundant given this is refillable or bulk purchase. The refillable bottle uses an excessive amount of plastic making the main bottle really (unnecessarily) thick. (Not helpful for the earth or ECOsystem either.) Because of the bottle’s strange shape the first and final pours are incredibly awkward. There was spilling in both of these pours that could be prevented with better packaging and I couldn’t get all of the soap out at the end without it too spilling.When Ecos improves the packaging I would regularly buy this; it makes sense for me. As it stands, I’ll likely continue to buy the individual single bottles.

The product is pricey but ok. However, the shipping was horrible. It was not taped and sealed closed. The bottle came open in the box and a portion of the soap spilled all over the bottle and box. What a waste and mess. Note to self: This should be bought in person and not ordered and shipped.

Not happy with this product. Did not receive the 16 ounce bottle. Poor advertising. Although we like the product will not fall for this packaging scam again.

The photo of this product threw me off a bit so I didn't get what I thought. I thought this was environmentally friendly packaging and a refill for a smaller bottle. Upon arrival I see there is a small bottle inset inside a larger bottle. The larger bottle is a thick plastic bottle that seems wasteful. Not at all what I thought. Won't buy again. Was looking for an economical refill for dish soap in an environmentally friendly packaging - NOT plastic. Can't someone make better eco products?? I'm tired of so much packaging and waste. This one is included.

Simply ineffective. We have to use at least double the amount of soap, and still are left with residue on our dishes. Looking forward to when we run out and can replenish with a better product.

My husband and I are disappointed in this product. We had to use double the amount of soap than our usual dish soap, and still, the dishes aren't getting clean, so we've been wasting a lot of water. I was hopeful, and we gave it many chances, as I didn't write the review until after we finished the soap. I'm sorry ECOS, but I won't be purchasing this soap again. Back to using Method dish soap.
