Hampton Signature - 114138 Hampton Signature Paring Knife, STD, Stainless Steel

I like the weight and the cutting of this knife. I like the way the handle feels in my hand and is sturday and not cheap. The slicing has been very good and goes through everything easily.

Perfect size. Feels great in hand. 1 piece solid design makes perfect longevity and beauty. Will buy again!

For its price -- a great, all metal, stainless, unibody tip to tail, razor sharp quality steel paring knife. Like all things in life, looks are transitory, but as new, it is very nice looking. As a cutting instrument -- the fact it is all good quality stainless steel, sharp, and capable of resharpening over and over, means 'forever' knife fit-for-purpose.

As soon as I opened the package, I knew this was special. I wanted a paring knife with a beefy handle, and this is exactly that. Extremely sharp with a blade guard to prevent knicks. I just got it so these are my immediate impressions. Great value

This knife is an awesome ruby red color and it's very comfortable to hold. Also the edge stays sharp. It feels nice and heavy, like it does not feel cheap like other knives do. I'll probably buy one or two more, we use these kind of knives for everything from peeling potatoes to cutting a steak.

This is the 8th time I have gifted this knife.Everyone loves it.Stays sharp.Only fault is color comes off if placed in dishwasher.

I purchased the 3.5 inch paring knife. The knife is excellent, it is a really of high quality .I would purchase this knife again, for myself or even for a gift.
